This is Anse Chastanet's take on Indian food, and we enjoyed eating here during our stay. Probably not worth coming to AC just for this restaurant, but a good option if you're already on the property.

Indian/Caribbean fusion cuisine. Tends to be a bit on the spicy side (which I like). You are paying Anse Chastanet resort prices, so expect to do a double take, particularly for beverages. That being said, we loved our meal and it had such a chill beach vibe.

Enjoyable fusion of caribbean and local St. Lucian cuisine with traditional Indian. Overall it wasn't spectacular but a nice change from the typical resort fare. Service was OK but not particularly friendly.

We had heard great things about Apsara and so decided to take a friend for her birthday dinner. If you’re not staying at Anse Chastanet then it takes some effort to have dinner here! Starting with your drive along the road which is only lit on some places, parking outside the property and walking along a dimly lit gravel path... More

We ate there 3 or 4 times for dinner and 7 times for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of appetizers and mains. Preferred apps overall, but could always find a main that we enjoyed. Great naan, consistently with all other breads at AC. Good, attentive service. Lovely at sunset and they have many ocean side tables with... More

We were staying at Jade mountain on the all inclusive package so decided to venture down to the sister resort for dinner. We were not disappointed. The setting is stunning, watching the sun come down over the sea. The service was excellent and the food was delicious - way exceeded my expectations.

Have eaten here many times over the years and the tandoori oven dishes are unbelievable. The service is outstanding. And, you're right on the beach!!!!

Our last minute trip landed us in an incredible rooms with a view of both the Pitons and the beach. We spent our nights laying under the stars on our private deck and relaxing in the beautiful hammock. The resort's food was good, but would have liked abit more variety. The staff was accomodating and we especially loved the free... More

During our trip through St. Lucia and the Grenadines, this was without a doubt the best meal we had. It is a great mix of true Indian food (complete with Tandoori oven) using local ingredients. Everything we had was wonderful. And the setting was great, right next to the beach looking out over the ocean. We were delighted and surprised... More

Definitely get there in time to watch the sunset - I couldn't take enough pictures. It definitely took awhile to be served a drink, but the service was very pleasant. We ordered lamb cutlet, beautiful kingfish, a side of aloo ghobi, and my friend ordered kulcha off the menu. They were very accommodating. I was full, but of course ordered... More
