Five of us called for lunch. We had beers/rum punch and then three had fish of the day and two of us had chicken. The chicken had barely any meat on the bones. There were mixed veg and rice with it and not particularly hot....Our friends had eaten here before and recommended it but I wasn’t impressed.More

There aren't many local restaurants in town that are open at night but this one is a good find. We had fresh fish for dinner and it was really tasty. From the outside the restaurant doesn't look especially appealing but a few locals we met...told us the food was really good. So we gave it a try and we're glad we did. The prices are good and the service was friendly.More

We had a late dinner on a Saturday night, so we had the place to ourselves (other than the proprietress's family). We each had a bowl of delicious pumpkin soup, then we shared a main of grilled fish with rice and veggies (including dasheen, aka...taro, plus regular and sweet potato, broccoli, green beans, and carrots) in a garlicky wine sauce, washed down with a Piton beer and a tamarind juice. Neither the atmosphere nor the food was fancy, but that suited us just fine!More

We decided to walk to the town from our hotel, which was a bit of a trek. This was the only restaurant we could find that was open. The views from the windows are stunning. The staff were friendly. Hubby ordered a burger and I...had a salad and we shared them. The food was fine, nice enough but not brilliant. For the price it was good value.More

We ate breakfast one morning, my husbands salt fish and Johnny cakes were the best! I had the veggie omelet which was full of veggies and cooked perfectly. A week later, we returned for dinner. We tried curried goat, jerk pork, boneless chicken and pasta...dishes. Everything was very good. Also, hands down, they make the best Callaloo soup!More

Right by the waterfront in Soufriere. The fish cakes appetizer was one of our favorite items we ate on the island. Our meals were great as well and Piton beers are 2us each. You can get a huge plate of local food for 10-15us and...you will not leave hungry. Great and fast service as well which can be rare when you are on island time. Hard to imagine why anyone would give this place less than 4 stars.More

Being on a cruise ship doesn't mean you stay on it when you're stopping over. We stopped in here during our day tour of St Lucia. The tastiest mix of food ... so good and worth the stop :)
