I was here last year, and the review was great, except for the service. Well, one year later, I must say, the food is the same.... really good, but the service has changed... it was really good! I had the opportunity to meet the owner Pat, and told her that we returned for the food, but I was honest about... More

On our 5th day we went to Buzz. Was not a bad experience but still far from good. We ordered Crab Cake and Baby Pork Ribs as appetizer - the crab cakes were ok, but the baby ribs were dry. As main dish I had a Moroccan Spice Lamb Shank which were excellent, but my wife went for the Fish... More

A lovely outdoor restaurant within walking distance to the Bay Garden Beach Resort. I live with a meat and potato sort of guy, with myself being more a lover of culinary delights, so sometimes finding a restaurant to satisfy both needs is next to impossible. We found this at Buzz, so much so we indulged twice. My husband loved their... More

We went to the restaurant because they were advertising fresh lobster and we were not disappointed, it was lovely.Service was good and the meal reasonably priced. The menu was varied and the quality of the food good.A lovely setting and the live music (saxaphone) was also lovely. Most enjoyable evening.

This was a nice restaurant near to our hotel. The restaurant is attractive and the service is good although on the night we visited not outstanding. The food was very nice and the ambiance was relaxing and probably most suited to a romantic meal for two. We went with our two children and the children's menu was chicken and chips... More

When the apparent owner discovered we were not ordering drinks we were ignored. I had to leave my table to get the desert menu. server never returned. I had to leave my table to request the check. food was good, attitude was awful. this isn't my first rodeo! I know bad service from 5 star dining to fast food. this... More

My sister and I had previously dined at Buzz 3 years ago when we were last in St. Lucia so decided on a return visit. It was the last night of our holiday and we selected the Wednesday night as it was advertised as having musical entertainment. It was a saxophonist which was OK but he didn't take a break... More

Elegant seating inside or out.The South African lady host was very warm and friendly and the service was spot on. There was some cool jazz playing the first night we went and the food was so well prepared with such an individual taste we decided to have our last dinner there. On our second visit it is hard to say... More

Husband and I dined here on a Wed night when they had a saxaphone player providing entertainment. The food, service and music was oustanding! Definitely will be going back to this place.

We ate a couple of times at Buzz. Melvyn the barman is still there and he makes the evening. The food is great but the wine is becoming expensive. 20 EC dollars plus tax and service fee a glass. Overall a great place to eat.

Description
Whatever you do, don’t leave Buzz till your last night. Besides their à la carte menu they have nightly specials. Buzz has been operating for 12 years and Pat Bowden and Chef Marie who have worked together for 37 years have been successful in all their restaurants. Pat has created a restaurant and bar with a warm ambience, friendly atmosphere and lots of charm. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and as the name implies, is abuzz with activity. Food is presented on dishes in varying shapes, sizes and colours. Buzz is known for Seafood; Fresh Tuna, Potato Crusted Snapper, Baked Mahi Mahi filled with Avocado and Shrimp, Swordfish and a variety of Shrimp, Scallop & Lobster dishes (in season). House specialities include Homemade Raviolis, Lamb Shanks, West Indian Pepperpot, Rack of Lamb & Black Angus Beef hand trimmed and served with a variety of sauces. Homemade Desserts include a Trio of Crème Brûlée, Warm Apple Crêpes, Chocolate Mousse and Banana Pecan Bread Pudding. Mervin the Bartender will whip up fun cocktails like our “famous” Mango Dacquiri, Buzzing Bee Stinger and Buzz Cooler. Not only does Mervin keep the guests amused with his “chat”, he also keeps the children amused with his “card tricks.”
