Really cool place that is hard to find but worth the effort. Waterfront dining and great service. Honeymooned on St.Lucia and came back 25 years later.

This is a beautiful spot, with a bayou feel to it. We loved the area, but we have to say, while the food was good, we were left disappointed. The wine list was half empty and the waitress acknowledged the issue and said "wish me luck" after our selection. There were multiple items on the menu that were not available.... More

Food was excellent. A little pricy, but you do get what you pay for. One of our better meals in St. Lucia.

Beautiful food overlooking the sea and very relaxed atmosphere. Be prepared for not the quickest service especially at it gets busy. Despite this we would definitely go back.

After choosing some lovely pottery made by Michelle, we had a lovely, delicious lunch seated right by the water.

Very good restaurant with a nice setting overlooking the bay. Though the onion soup was not at its best, the coquille St. Jacque and calamari Creole were terrific. Service was good. No smoking allowed.

Nice setting, good food, slightly uninviting. The food is good but not no fine dining or anything spectacular, it was just nice local style creole food jazzed up. The service just wasn’t quite there and all felt a bit odd, even being shown a menu on a giant blackboard was weird, im sure this place has its followers but the... More

Our family of five recently had a wonderful meal at this excellent restaurant. From the moment that we were greeted at the door, we enjoyed every minute. The tropical drinks that we ordered were made very well. Coal Pot has an excellent list of seafoods and meats available; something for everyone. Most of us had a variety of different fish... More

A return visit for us, an attractive setting on the water near Castries. Food is always very good quality and the service is decent. We keep going back which is recommendation enough.

Reading previous reviews you'd imagine this is a World Class dining experience - it isn't, although the food is very good, presentation is unusual, and quantity is more than enough. Yes we had a nice evening, the menu choice was extensive, service was prompt and courteous. Location is another matter - particularly after dark, take a taxi, and get picked... More
