My wife and I took the ferry to Saba for the day. We first took a taxi tour of the island and then hiked down to Tropics Café for lunch. The service we received there was fantastic. We both ordered a Gouda Cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The burgers were amazing. The views of the mountains and the ocean... More

Tropics cafe is certainly off the beaten path but well worth the trek. Situated next to the Juliana Hotel and only a short walk from the town of Windwardside. We ventured in upon our arrival for lunch and a cocktail. We were greeted by the owner, an outgoing welcoming person who treated us like long lost family. We sat at... More

Great local dining and just across the street from Juliana's. Tropic's offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner...of which I have eaten here multiple times during multiple trips to the island...but the fresh home-made yogurt, chocolate chip coconut pancakes, and sour-sop (a a local fruit) margarita's (when in season) are to die for.

Great spot for lunch! Lion fish Chiabatta with home fries and the Caesar salad were great! Great lemonade! Not too sweet and the tall glass in which is was served was a nice extra! Would go back for dinner!

I love this place, the drinks, the food, and the service. Wim and staff are amazing. They aim to please and they absolutely do. The Mahi we had was delish. I also had the brie with the pears, it was mouth watering. If your in Saba don't miss dining at the Tropics.

Lunch and diner is good… Chef does his best to keep the specials "special". TipsyGoat is a nice bar next to the pool.

Breakfast was included with our hotel and we ate here every morning. We chose from the menu each day. There is a wide selection, french toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal and pancakes, any of which provide enough energy for a mornings diving. The hotel owners are the hosts, waiters and cooks. They are willing to customize just about anything you... More
