This was recommended to us by the locals. The place was a few small blocks to the Esperanza main street. But it took us a few loops to find the place. It's a no fancy, no frills setting. But the food was very good. We had conch salad (very tasty and flavorful) and other seafood dishes. The price was average.

My first trip to Vieques and I ask where is there good Spanish food and I walk there from my room. Met with the owner Tito a pleasant gentleman with a heart of the true Boricua. Loved it.

Tito and his wife offer fresh empanadas and other food. Tito is a character, funny and know more about the history of Vieques than any history book. If you go to Vieques you met visit Tito Bloque!

Food is awesome! Authentic Puerto Rican food that is delicious. Owner's wife cooked my seafood salad and she knows what she is doing. I have never had such good seafood. To my surprise, the salad was hot. It had lobster, shrimp, octopus and crab with seasoning so different but very tasty. Went back for another meal but they were closed, much to my... More

Excellent food!! This is a typical seafood place-vieques style. Do not expect sophisticated attention. You typically will find the owner in his hammock that may receive you, if he is awake. Be patient, someone will answer your call. Tito Bloque has been the owner for years. He prides in presenting only fresh food from local fishermen. The "empanadillas" are excellent,... More

Loved this place. Its too bad it is not as popular. I had the best fish and pastelillos de langosta. The owners were super friendly. Along with great food, they told us the story about the Island and the restaurant. I love that I was able to get more then just great food. I highly recommend this place.

This non- assuming outdoor type place is a must visit --- especially for lunch or early dinner. I love love the tasty pastelillos. Yesterday we went and ordered them and then took them to the beach. Crabmeat filled types but they have different ones. Also love their shrimp salad. Casual place but don't let it fool you. It is authentic... More

I was excited about experiencing this place based on the reviews here and elsewhere. Unfortunately, Tito Bloque did not live up to my expectations. We arrived to find the owner in a hammock on the front porch, which was charming. However, the "porch" restaurant was empty midday, the tables were dirty, plus no one spoke to us for quite some... We went here after our snorkeling guide (a native from the island) told us it would be the best seafood we would find. It was empty when we walked up, but we shouted Hola a few times and someone came out of the kitchen to help us. We ordered 2 pastellitos, one chicken and one crab. I was skeptical of... More
