I think Ricomini is probably the heart of Mayaguez judging from the people lining up to buy their daily bread, any assortment of breakfasts, or fantastic baked goods. Don't let the simple cafeteria style seating fool you. The food is great and filling no matter what you get - from cookies to sandwiches to full lunches. And please don't forget... More

Best "pastelillos de carne" . Excellent Cuban sandwich and pastries. Pan Sobao and house wheat bread are the best. You can seat and enjoy your food. Air condition, parking, nice service.

Best bakery in all of Mayaguez! Tried the mallorca sandwich with egg and cheese and the fresh squeezed orange juice! Absolutely delicious! Also their desserts are amazing! I've tried their oreo cheesecake, cañitas, and a variety of cakes. Hands down the best!

Food was delicious. I had a local sandwich and it was perfect. They offer great variety of food and sweets. Prices are very reasonable.

Always good buying bread here. Flauta bread which is like Italian bread but thinner like a flute is particularly great. "mayorcas" are awesome. Food for lunch is always fresh and plenty. Prices are very reasonable, but the sandwiches are awesome a tiny piece of heaven. I heavily recommend this place.

Ricomini is a classic. It was established many decades ago, and because of its success, it opened several other restaurants in the area. The one in urban Mayagüez, however, has always been the best. Great breakfast and lunch selection, and superb bakery.
