Crowded with a long wait time. I lucked-out and was seated right away. Staff is pleasant; however, the service was spotty - always pleasant - but hard to get the staff's attention. I had the cordon blue bites, mofongo and sangria. The bites had some...flavour and dipping them into the side of russian-type dressing helped. The mofongo was tasteless and cold. Clean, big and noisy. Folks around me seemed to be enjoying their meals. Perhaps I ordered the wrong items. Anyhow, not impressed.More

I am not native to PR but a Nuyorican. My local friends took me here and I ate here almost every night I was in San Juan. The trefongo is incredible with Pork. Yes they have mofongo which is also good but get the trefongo....Always packed and great for families.More

Our large family trip was plagued by really really bad food at several different places throughout the island but Bebo's saved our trip. We went here on the last night of our stay because a couple of us had been here on previous trips and...it did not disappoint. It was very crowded but the wait went quick. Our service was good and the food was delicious and made everyone happy we took one last chance on eating out.More

I was there for dinner with my wife, but I didn't like the service. The food was not bad, but it wasn't good.

Very nice environment. It was pretty busy when we arrived but it didn’t feel that way. After a few mins a waiter acknowledged us from a far and pointed us to a table. The food was authentic which is what we wanted. I opted for...the fish crackling and chicken Alfredo just because I wanted to try both. Cheese is a big deal here so it was extra extra extra cheesy but it was still good. Everyone else in the family enjoyed their food as well.More

The service was on point and the food was tasty. The prices were very reasonable. It will be at the top of my list of places to revisit when I come back to Puerto Rico.

The food was delicious. Pork chops were the moistest I have ever had and were perfectly seasoned. The chicken stuffed with plantains and covered with alfredo sauce was delicious too. To top it off, to die for Tres Leche cake, my new favorite dessert!

We had some great food on our trip to San Juan. Too bad that fact does not include this restaurant. We did have good service. I wanted to try the monfugo.... eeck I am so glad that I did try it later at another restaurant....It was terrible here. We also tried the cordon Bleu... it would have made a great hockey puck... We also ordered the roasted chicken and it was pretty good as well as the fries. I wish I would have ordered the fries but I got the fried plantans and they were not tasty.More

I’ve eaten here several times because I like the cookies that they give complimentary with the Lattes. They’re divine in on their own. Coffees are better than most restaurants offer by an untrained staff making coffees. We always receive our food at an understandable speed,...despite the constant flow of customers recommended by years of locals who recommend this place we a quick and easy “oh you have to eat here” type recommendation; just to have something nearby that offers Puerto Rican food. It’s nothing to write home about and I’ve eaten far better but I go back since our near and there are two very kind waitresses that are always there working. Hopefully they get paid appropriately, but I digress…a day I went in with a group of friends to get breakfast we were served by a different waitress who didn’t bring the cookie with the coffees and seemed irritated when we asked for it. She agreed to get them but never did so we asked at the counter and got it ourselves. She never checked up on us; I’m guessing because her English wasn’t great but that’s a poor excuse since we initiated the conversation in Spanish. We speak Spanish but I’m guessing that she assumed we don’t know much since we have an accent. We spoke Spanish and she responded in broken English so we decided to give her the duolingo experience she was after and spoke to her in English. I got pancakes with blueberries and strawberries but they brought me strawberries with papaya. I don’t like papaya and they claimed they were out of blueberries so, again, whatever….however, after seeing multiple other tables served French toast and pancakes with blueberries and strawberries i decided to ask a different waitress for a side of blueberries who then very kindly went and brought me a bunch on the side. I appreciate her and she was tipped generously. Not saying it’s a bad spot to eat, but a definite shot in the dark.More

Food was delicious. So far our favorite place to eat in San Juan. Lechon asado was moist and tender and went beyond my expectations. Plan to go to Bebos Cafe today before we leave the island tomorrow.

Delicious food and excellent service from Eduardo. We had the Chuletta Kan Kan (pork chops) and steak with rice and beans, tostones, steak with veggies and an empanada with guava and cheese. Everything was delicious and we all had left overs for lunch today.

Food was not too special, could make it at home better. 1 of the 3 meals in our party was the wrong item (which was fixed appropriately thankfully!). Just wasn’t excited by the menu or what we ordered. Prices were appropriate and the atmosphere was...loud and fun but tolerable for our quieter group.More

Reasonably priced authentic food. I had the roast pork and muhfongo and my husband had the chicken. Everything was okay, but not very well seasoned. Definitely needed salt and spice but that may be typical of puerto rican food. Service was friendly.
