We were staying across the street at El Convento hotel and one of the staff recommended that we try this restaurant. We were very glad we did.I'm always careful about uncooked seafood in places I don't know but when I saw the amount of ceviche coming out of the kitchen I figured it would be good -- it was better... The first time I go and the last one. There were mosquitoes inside the restaurant flying for food and drinks. The taste of the normal food. Very expensive. The service of the waiter very good.

Amazing, helpful staff. Great sangria. A huge selection of tapas not to mention an extensive dinner menu. Their mufungo is awesome!Consistently good service and food quality keeps us coming back year after year. Obviously a very popular spot as it is always crowded,

Tapas for lunch at Rosa de Triana. Boquerones en vinaigrette, mofonguitos con camarones, y langostinos con ajillo. All washed down with a jug of sangria. Quite perfect.

We stumbled upon this place late on a Monday evening. We were thankful to find a place open and not expecting much...boy, were we pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent, the sangria the best I've had on this trip and the food was wonderful. The spinach buñuelos were slightly sweet and oh-so tasty. The Spanish chorizo was smoky and dense... We came here at the recommendation of someone who lives in the area, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband and I split a pan of the all meat paella and each ordered a tapas. Even the garlic butter for the bread was a treat for the taste buds. :-) It's not a cheap meal, but well worth it for... More

We had just walked around the wall around Old San Juan and were overheated so we ducked in the first place we found which was air-conditioned. We had a few beers and a cheese and salami plate, which was good, but expensive. Only one bathroom was working - the men's room - and it was TINY, but it worked. If... More
