On a hot and humid day, we wandered into this restaurant - chose to sit outside in the shaded courtyard and found a gem of a place! The server was endearing and helpful, the tapas were perfect and the mojitos (especially at Happy Hour prices) we just what we needed. If you want great (I mean super tasty) local flavors,... More

Getting early is a must to enjoy the view, music and dancers. Tapas and a bottle of white wine was an excellent alternative for a few hours of conversation ending with the show in which my wife participated when everyone was invited to share the stage and learn to move with Flemish style.

Food is a rip off. One item is gazpacho, tomato base bowl with a small bowl of veggie pieces and bread cubes. Don't bother. Ordered #29 carnitas with garbanzos. No no no, it's garbanzos cooked with an organ meat taste and few pieces of finely diced carnitas. My guess is tripe flavored the garbanzos. So 2 food items - bowl... More

My husband and I stopped in for a light afternoon snack and drinks. We enjoyed a fabulous pitcher of sangria, along with a bowl of gazpacho, which was one of the best we have ever had, and the crab stuffed peppers that were equally enjoyable. Our server was extremely friendly and made our afternoon stop quite enjoyable! The only regret... More

Stopped by for dinner on our last night in PR. Very nice historical restaurant. Service was terrific. Drinks and food arrived quickly and was wonderful. Not cheap but was worth the cost.

Best sangria I ever had and the tapas were wonderful! My brother in law brought us there the first time years ago and it's a place we go every time we come back to Puerto Rico. We love it there!

This restaurant was recommeded to us by someone at our hotel, El Convento, which is right across the street. The first time we went in, it was just for a drink and a tapas plate to tide us over until dinner. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for our last meal in Old San Juan. The food... More

The restaurant environment is so beautiful. The staff was friendly, but the service, even though it was good, it could be better. The food was nice, but a little bit expensive.

Although this restaurant came highly recommended, we found it quite disappointing. Water arrived in plastic bottles without glasses. Lamb chops were ok but rest of seafood tapas were not what we are accustomed to.

We made reservations for 7 and had an excellent table near the "Tablao" as we were very intrigue about the Flamenco show... We had to park few blocks away in a public parking and hike up the Old San Juan hilly streets to get to the restaurant (very limited parking near the restaurant, if any). We ordered the sample plates... More
