In2bait, Just a quick note to help you clarify the seating options…..You were sat and enjoyed dinner in the lounge/bar area. Often times the salon will be sold out days if not weeks in advance. We use the lounge area for more casual dining for...More

WOW. Our party of 30 ordered a sampling of the chef special tapas, individual entees, and dessert samplers. This was the greatest sampling of food I have ever tasted. Every tapa was superbly presented, seasoned, and prepared. The sea bass entree was light, fresh, and...More

There was NOTHING to complain about here, Marmalade was about as perfect as possible! Despite the wild festival in the streets outside, Marmalade was a quiet, romantic haven anyone could enjoy. We chose to do the tasting menu which looked daunting, but it's served tapas-style,...More

We recently had a wonderful dining experience at Marmalade. The tasting menus aren't pre-selected as they are often. Instead, you are given a choice of a dish or two within each category. My wife and I each got items we could share, and each was...More

One of our absolute favorite restaurants in Puerto Rico. Lived on the island for 3-years and explored the culinary scene throughout that time. We returned for a visit this past holiday season and it was an obvious choice to celebrate the New Year at Marmalade....More

I believe the 4 course meal was $ 69 per person if you add the wine paring add'l $39. My husband did the wine paring and absolutely loved it. I just had a delicious drink with mine. Well worth the money!
