I have chosen this restaurant in TripAdvisor long ago before my trip to San Juan. I enjoyed every meal they served me that day. If you happen to be in San Juan you must visit it because all tastes will remain in your memory for a rest of your life.

It's true. I have been to many of the world's finest restaurants, Le Bernardin and 11 Madison in New York, the Test Kitchen in Cape Town, Jiro in Tokyo. The interior is eclectic and the ambiance welcoming. The food is nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I loved the format of the tasting menu. The waiter, Eddie, was THE... More

I wish I was kidding, but this place blew our minds. The food was spectacular!!! I would fly back to San Juan just to order the white bean soup again, and the wine pairings were spot on. Understandably this place isn't the cheapest meal, however it is so worth it! Will be going back!

Visited last saturday. Had an amazin experience. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Had the five course option with the wine pairing. Loved all of the meals speacially the white bean soup and the beef. The dessert was incredible too, chocolate-8. It is on the expensive side (ours was79-per person without the wine) but it is worth it if you... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a good friend of ours and we are so happy that we went. The food was delicious and the presentation of each dish was spectacular!! Our friend told us to have the white bean soup and the waiter wouldn't let us leave without trying it. We had 2 servings - it was that... More

Best restaurant in town. Beautiful place, with high quality fresh ingredients; good service. Beautiful decor; romantic place. I have tried every dish on the menu, but It's a must to try the signature drink: Global Warming and the desserts truffle ice cream and the creme brûlée.

My fiancé and I ate dinner here based on Marmalade's high rating through Trip Advisor and we were both blown away by the quality of our food and the customer service. Special thanks to our waiter Eddie. We ordered a wine pairing type of meal and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about our meals and the wines paired with... More

Pricey but worth ever cent. The white bean soup and poke salad was beautiful! Try the tenderloin for an entree, you won't be disappointed:)
