When I decided to go to marmalade it came with very high expectations but the experience has far exceeded that. The white bean truffle soup is divine, I'd come back to San Juan just to experience the flavor once more. The owner and chef Peter stopped by at the table for a pleasant conversation. In short I highly recommend going... More

I was in San Juan with my good friend celebrating her 30th birthday. We chose Marmalade for her birthday dinner and did not regret it! The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing. The vibrant colors and comfortable seating put us in the right mood to enjoy a great meal. We both chose the 5 course tasting menu . My favorites... More

Four days in Old San Juan in nothing to sneeze about especially when the weather is in the teens back home. But I was not really feeling the wonder of PR especially compared to so many other places in the Caribbean. That was until we ate at Marmalade. Every thing turned to gold for there. This place is a gastronomic... More

Always great to go out as a tourist in your home town and feel as if you are miles away at home. Marmalade is as good as any in NY or Paris

What can I say? This is one of those restaurants that is obsessed with ensuring that each and every guest walk away with that WOW feeling after a fantastic dining experience, which explains why it's a good idea to get your reservations up to a month in advance. 'Nuff said!

Marmalade was perfect from start to finish. The service was of a level not normally seen in Puerto Rico. The food was amazing. I think I could have ordered anything on the menu and been equally pleased. 4 courses was more than enough for me to finish.

The tasting menu with wine pairings is definitely the way to go. Each course was outstanding. The three of us enjoyed this dinner so much we have raved about it to friends and colleagues. This is a MUST if you go to Puerto Rico.

Had many recommendations for dinner from friends to go to Marmalade and TA high recommendations, were spot on! We chose the 4 course dinner with wine pairing, and it was awesome. Our waiter was very accommodating and helped us make great choices on the menu. I had the Ceviche, Jamon Iberico, Tuna "Surf and Turf", and chocolate "Tripleta". All were... More

I just love to visit restaurants when traveling. Consequently. I would always keep looking for a restaurant whether is known or unknown according to travelers and/or locals. This is a restaurant where everything works. It is well located, counts with a great atmosphere, very neat, quiet, professional staff and excellent food. Consider to ask for Smoked Red Ace Beets, Risotto... More
