Greatest pizza on the island and rightly so since they claim it was the owner, and father of Puerto Rican (Hollywood & Broadway) actor Raúl Julia, who first introduced pizza to PR. A must visit spot!! Very low lighting so be warned folks who have light refraction issues.

I went with my family and had the best pizza on the island. The fried chicken is awesome: excellent texture, great taste and side of tostones. Great price wont brake your wallet!!

This is a San Juan classic. We love the atmosphere of this Spanish Cave Decorated restaurant. The pizza and the fried chicken are great.

We've been going to this restaurant for 20 years every time we go to Puerto Rico. The pizza is FANTASTIC!!. The crust is amazing. Just know that a large pizza isn't so large. It's always 3 of us and I could eat a large by myself. They do have English menus. Not much English is spoken and why should it.... More

The architecture inside this place is like a cave !!! Beautiful !!! Excellent family restaurant, excellent service, excellent prices. But the most important thing is the Pizza. The best Pizza ever !!! They also have excellent international food. Everything is good there, but you have to try the Pizza. You'll never regret.

The place is not flashy but people seems to dress nice to go there, it is kind of dark inside, remember the name, Cueva which means cave in Spanish but if you want the best chicken chicaharrones in PR this is probably the place to go.

How to adequately describe this place? The decoration is so enticing because its sorr of retro, privatey, cosy, homey. The bar is so enticing. Personal attention is one of the best i have encountered, and with the food you get more than what you pay for in terms of flavor. I absolutely love this place every single time i go. Try... More
