Wonderful little place with great coffee and peaceful atmosphere. Nice little bookstore attached . Stopped in to escape the rain and stayed awhile.

Los Cidrines is definitely one of the best places to have a quick and inexpensive breakfast in the San Juan area. Although known for its excellent bakery style sandwiches, Cidrines starts early every morning with a variety of breakfast dishes like eggs, omelettes, hot cereals, breads, and pastries. The prices are unbelievably low and cleanliness is their image. Try it!

Okat, so I intended to get only coffee, but got into a conversation with the barista and a patron. In a flash I was picking up lunch and a pastry too. Nice ambiance that's very calm (a nice change from the typical small shop in OSJ).

Dropped in here for a spot of coffee on our afternoon in old San Juan. A friend read the review and wanted to check it out. Fantastic coffees. Wish we would have had more time to spend just chilling out in this space. Loved the ambience.

This is a very nice and calm place, with free wifi and good seating. They only serve local coffee, and in addition they also do some simple food. There is supposed to be poetry reading here on tuesdays, and there is a couple of shops within the same area that sells art and poetry stuff.

Had just finished a Food Tour and didn't want a drink but some coffee. This was nearby and glad we stopped in. They have somereally good coffee. Nice quiet location with a bookstore and music on some nights.

My friend and I happened upon this great place during the day for some coffee, and we saw they had readings at night, so we went to those as well. Not only was I able to practice my spanish, but the poetry was really good! I would recommend this place, even if it is just to grab coffee or tea!... More

Enjoyed visiting the shop. Poetry nice and presentation of each piece was beautifully executed. Had sandwiches that were good but pricey - although in line with old town norm. Menu names and decor were fun and light hearted. Certainly worth a visit.

Wonderful little place for great coffee, fresh sandwiches/quiches and desserts. Its across from a great little shop with the friendliest little Chihuahua - Federico.
