Very artisanal Pizza, decor is brick exposed in a very colonial-industrial atmosphere. Service was excellent, but you Have to wait an hour to get in. We have only pizzAs and they were very good. The Greek Pizza was delicate and tasty the meat pizza was...strong. Both pizzas were delicious. Good JobMore

Ate here twice in our eight day visit. The food is spectacular! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Make sure to make a reservation! Loved the empanadillas!

A group of 6 of us went in last night and were given plastic silverware. It's not all pizza and it would behoove them to make the switch because you know... the customer experience and the environment... We had one server then a different guy...came along and acted pissed he had to help us. If something happened where he had to step up and take over... here is an example of how to... =D The calzone was overpriced, with no water refills, or any offer for another Coke... so yeah, 2 out of 5.More

Pirilo Restaurant is the best example of a great taste, awesome food selection and amazing service. The night shift staff are simply "Super stars" Miguel, Yasiris, Patricio, Ambar, Bethany and Kayla you all made my experience in Pirilo a very special one. How amazing was...the recommendation from my appetizer (Manpostial Croquetas) to the amazing pizza that I chose half and half flavors. The restaurant decor and atmosphere are great. Keep the job, keep giving the best of the best in this business. Having a great staff like all the employees that I mentioned in this post is so refreshing. Please let them know that one customer felt so welcome because of them. Gracias Pirilo por hacer sentir a un boricua orgulloso y seguro de que los turistas y visitante que llegan a nuestra patria estan en buenas manos con ustedes. GRACIAS MIL... Excelente trabajo!More

Service was mediocre at best. But both pizzas: smoked salmon and the ruccola had NO sauce on either of them. The crusts on both were DRY and HARD as can be. Server response: oh that's normal, as in: you shoulda known that. Worse than all...that, they spiked insulin like only foods with very high MSG content do. This is one place to never go back to.More

Great selection of pizzas and other food. We ordered a traditional pie, and it was delicious. The cheese was fresh and the crust was a little doughy, which is perfect. Dessert was also great. It is a casual place. The service was great, too.

It pains me to say this place is apparently another casualty of Covid. We have been here many times prior to 2017. Just returned this evening for dinner, and it was unspectacular. Eggplant parmigiana was very forgettable, pizza was average and service was horrible (common...theme in PR). They are still holding onto the Covid excuse crutch. Go elsewhere.More

We went here on recommendation from a friend and it was delicious. Don’t let the outside fool you, they don’t seat downstairs and so it can be deceiving if it is busy or not. We enjoyed the provoleta and croquetas as an appetizer and they...were both great. The provoleta is melted provolone and mozzarella served with bread - what more could you want!! We also had the pirilo pizza on our friend’s recommendation and it was our favorite. It is almost a Puerto Rican take on a Hawaiian pizza with sweet plantains. Definitely one to try. They will also let you do half and half options with the pizza so you can try other kinds. This is a must try while in Old San Juan.More

I really love this restaurant. The pizza is so good and the bread rolls too. My only concern about this restaurant is the amount of plastic utensils they use daily. I observed that the restaurant did use metal utensils before but they switched to plastic...which is very unnecessary. Still very good restaurant just wish they would think more about the environmental impact this can have…More

Another Old San Juan eatery that you cannot see from the street but had excellent food and service. Be forewarned the restaurant is on the second floor and you must go up a fairly narrow and steep set of stairs to get there. Even more...importantly coming down after a few beers! We loved this place because it had a great arugula salad and the pepperoni pizza had a lovely light crust and excellent taste. We had this two nights in a row because we are fairly light eaters and were getting a little tired of heavy foods. Service was good.More

So after doing a food walking tour for lunch, I opted for non-local food for dinner. Pizza fit the bill. They have the front door blocked so they can check your status and they limit who can go it. I ordered my pizza to go...at the door and laid there as well. It took longer than they said for it to be ready, but it was piping hot when they gave it to me. I got a personal mucho mushroom pizza and it was very yummy. I also wish for more mushrooms and this could have done with a ton more to make me happy. Still so good.More
