It's been my favorite Puertorican restaurant since my best friend Andy recommended. Food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They tried there best to pleased you as a customer. They have lunch specials everyday; i remember one day i wanted Stewed Chicken(Two of ppl favorite) and it ran out but instead the waitress convinced me to tried there... More

I stopped by here after being given the suggestion from my guesthouse proprietor. I was told it was a great place for authentic Puerto Rican fare. It is a small place, that gets crowded quickly, but I went back at 9 pm and was seated right away on a Sunday night. Everything looked delicious, but I settled on the mofungo... More

This was recommended to us by the hotel concierge, and it lived up to our expectations. Good choice of local cuisine, including mofongo, gumbo and a variety of seafood platters.

My wife and I walked to this restaurant randomly and were plesently surprised. The staff were kind and attentive. I got the plantain soup and it was one of the best things I had in Puerto Rico. My wife had the shrimp mofongo and didn't leave a crumb on the plate. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great food at... More

Good location in Old San Juan, near Colón Plaza. I'm sad to say that the food did not meet our expectations. We came to the restaurant based on the recommendation of a local guide. Until this time we had experienced a lot of different places on the island (we traveled from coast to coast). We had been enjoying the flavors... More

Food is good, and not too expensive. but definitely a tight fit. I recommend going when it's a little slow, and rush hour hits hard at this place. It can get super crowded! The menu works for both mindful spenders as well as big spenders.

I ordered rice with fried plantain, chorizo and beans and it was delicious. While they only open at 5.30pm for dinner, it's worth the wait after a long day of touring in old SJ. Service was fast and friendly but they have no Wifi if you're looking to check email or send messages.

Service was more than excellent. Server explain very detailed all the menu. I tried the Mofongo filled with Chicken with garlic sauce, and it was great. Food was on the table in a reasonable time.

Our excursion guide recommended this restaurant when we asked for authentic Puerto Rican food. The waitress was very friendly and nice. She explained what some of the dishes were and the different options for them. We tried the mofongo and ceviche and we were not disappointed. I'm now hooked on Puerto Rican food! The only down side is that it... More
