We were in Old San Juan earlier this week. It was really hot and humid. Ben & Jerry's was just what our 4 year old needed. The ice cream was great & the staff was fantastic!

I've tried several times this brand of ice cream but had not gone to Old San Juan. As I had already eaten lunch was just for ice cream. The service was very attentive when there was among many people but then was incredibly filling. I want to return to try again. And in Old San Juan surrounded by beautiful streets... More

Stopped in for the A/C more than the ice cream I wasn't planning on eating American branded fast foods while I'm on vacation but PR is an American territory. We got a couple of milkshakes boy were they pricey like $7.00 it's also a cafe so you can get more than just some of their scrumptious ice cream. like pita... More

This was a pleasant walk from our hotel, El Convento. It's a chain restaurant, so the ice cream is what it is, but the service was very friendly, with the server encouraging our son to sample flavors before he chose his scoop of ice cream.

I was walking through Old San Juan and suddenly our group felt hungry. We knew Ben and Jerry's served more than ice cream so we decided to try their menu. Ended up ordering their Bacon Pita Pizza and my friend ordered the veggie pizza. Employees delivered right to our table. They where tasty and felt like home made pizza. Going... More

What a terrible place to eat ice cream the employees were the most unfriendly people I am ever seen in all of old San Juan. The ice cream is old try to get there before closes as the employees will practically mop and sweep the floor underneath your feet while you're eating your ice cream.what a terrible place to have... Hi Bennettbuzz88. Your review is not only mean spirited but completely untrue. It is a shame knowing the dire straits Puerto Rico finds itself in, you would want to add "fuel to the fire" with this commentary. We suspect you have ulterior motives for wishing us harm and are using TA as a vehicle in a futile attempt to confuse... More
