The best Trifongo with any meat. Try the chicken breast with amarillo (sweet plantain) and Mamposteo Rice. I love the dessert Coconut Flan and the coffee. The service is very good and the prices are affordables.

We stumbled upon Fefo's as we were searching for a place to eat. I wanted something that served local food and wasn't too pricey, especially since it was only about 11am. We were greeted by the friendly Barbara into a warm, clean, and casual restaurant. We ordered the fish tacos and trifongo with steak in a creole sauce. Both were... More

Great find walking around the old town for something to eat. The mojito is heavy on the soda water, but the food is tasty and local atmosphere fun. Staff are on the ball and friendly. Try the fish tacos.

My sister and I had a wonderful dinner at Fefo's after a shopkeeper recommended it. It is busy, definitely popular with locals. I think that you can make reservations. The decor and atmosphere are fun. The food is great. I'm not a drinker but people did seem to really enjoy their drinks. The wait staff are friendly and outgoing. What... More

We had a group of 12 people, seven adults and five children, and everyone left full and happy. The restaurant was very clean, the food was very good and fresh. I had ceviche and it was fresh and delicious. My kids had sandwiches and enjoyed them. The service was excellent and friendly and the prices were reasonable. Being in a... More

All I can say is wow about this restaurant. Service was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. Was pointed to this place by a police officer and was so grateful he did that. Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. TriFongo, Yuca fries and empanadillas were unbelievable. Can't wait to come back to old San Juan if only to eat... More

Needed a quick lunch before heading onto our cruise ship. Like that makes any sense. Recommended by many locals. Had a trifongo with creole sauce and a cold beer. Wife had bites of my meal and a margarita. Great food and great service

If you have never tried Puerto Rican food, you need to go Fefo's! The best trifongo EVER! The local staple will melt in your mouth. The mero chicharrones are probably the freshest fish "and chips" I have ever had. If there are no tables available, it will be worth the wait. I left over a week ago, but am still... More
