Very good food, Puerto Rican style. Coffee and mallorcas are excellent. Waiters are very attentive. But the locale itself could do with some sprucing up.

If you have never eaten sweet break with melted cheese, ham, egg and powdered sugar, this is the place for you. I would have never thought that the combination produced such exquisite flavor, but it does. Fed the whole family for a very reasonable price and enjoyed our morning. Recommend for breakfast dining for entire family.

This is basically a nice little coffee shop. Great, quick service and food without being fancy. It was recommended and we couldn't have been happier with it for our quick breakfast while walking around Old San Juan.

My daughter and I came here, at the recommendation of our awesome cab driver. We enjoyed both of our meals (she had chicken and rice, I had an egg and cheese mallorca) as well as a few delicious pastries. This is the closest thing I had in PR resembling a diner (including the hustle and bustle of both guests and... More

The Ham,Egg,Cheese mallorca is to die for...and the OJ is freshly squeezed. There is a wait for a table but it's so worth it!! Try for breakfast one day. We loved it!

It's so hard to decide where to eat when you don't know the area. But this was a winner. It was so good, quaint and the service was great. Don't miss it!!!

Given all the great reviews, we stopped here for breakfast on our way to our zipline tour. To be honest its not a bad place, but it really wasn't anything special either. The waiter was ok, but I wouldn't exactly say he tried to be welcoming or friendly. It wasn't very busy either so that wasn't the issue. I tried... More

We stopped here several times during our visit for breakfast and lunch on the weekend and during the week, so we had a good idea about the menu, types of customers at a given time, peak hours, etc. Yes, the place is generally busy - especially the weekends - but the food is good, the prices are better (very reasonable)... I found this location by doing a little Trip Advisor looks ups in the area. I must say I had never heard of a breakfast sandwich where you combined two slices of bread add egg, cheese and ham, then sprinkle a powdered sugar over second slice of bread. I tell you what, it was a hit in my book. My... More

This is a local favorite. Pastries, including mallorcas are as traditional as they can be. All dishes are prepared to order and are reasonably priced. Do not miss the freshly squeezed orange juice.
