This restaurant is very elegant, the food is superb and the service is excellent. Has valet parking which is great in an area where parking is difficult. Either for a romantic dinner or a business reunion is a great place to go.

Great food, service, atmosphere. You could take your own wine (for a fair low service charge) and enjoy it with the good quality food of the restaurant.
Great dinner, spacing is good, waiter was excelente and all used masks. Valet Parking is good start, Dinner was terrific, started with burreta salad and sancocho cream soup , both were great. Dinner was cazuela de mariscos, a dish I often order in restaurants, this...one is the best I have tasted, the other dish was fillet mignon my wife enjoyed it as well. For desert we tried the budín de guayaba and vanilla ice cream, terrific. Service was impecable, will be backMore
Visited this restaurant for a light dinner. My husband had soup and I had a pizzeta. Both very good. No complaints. Very pleasant environment and good service.
Third visit and they continue to amaze us. The food quality and taste are consistent every time. Our server, Bianca, was an excellent host and her recomendations were right on. To start we had the "setas silvestres", then we had the Osso Bucco and the...Lobster Risotto (from the special's). I can only say they were all delicious. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in San Juan. Would definitely recommend!!!More
Service 9 of 10 plus, Food is a 10. Good service & environment, Well served & prepare.. If consistent will be one of the best restaurants in San Juan
We selected L'Olive because one of our friends highly recommended it to us. We decided to order wine and tapas. Service was very good. They brought even two side tables to accomodate our purses. Price was adequate to our expectations. But the tapas were not...outstanding. The setas bravas or mushroom pie was salty. The greek appetizer was average and so was the salad . I enjoyed the salmon carpaccio. The beef carpaccio was also very nice but not so good the bread served with the dish. My manchego cheese ice cream improved by adding a little sweetener to it. The malbec sorbet was also average. To be fair, maybe we should have tried the lunch plates. The menu seemed quite attractive.More
This place was great. The food, drinks and dessert were all excellent. My girlfriend had the short ribs. They were so tender she didn't need to use her knife. I had the fish fillet. It was soft and flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Nice place with excelent ambience, food and service. We had the seafood caserole and the lamb stew, both were excellent, tasteful and with nice portions. The key lime pie for dessert was to die for. The service was also excelent. Would definitely recommend.
L'Olivo is the kind of place you go and you think why don't I come here more often. The place is beautiful, great atmosphere, friendly service and food that never disappoints. They take great measures to provide the freshest meats and fish in the market...and cook them real well. The menu has options for everyone and has a bit of everything. Bar is well stocked and served and so is the wine list. I don't think is pricier than the majority and the quality justifies it. Leave room for dessert! Valet parking available and huge parking lotMore
The restaurant is a Mediterranean cuisine with local and classic fusions. When I mention local is because you can find crispy and fresh “tostones” (fried plantains) as a side with your dish. The place is elegant and have a bar and deli section. The food...is fresh and delicious, they have daily special out of the menu including raviolis, octopus, among others. The wine list includes great selections including by glass and by bottle. The bar offers great premium spirits to enjoy as well. The restaurant is near “La Milla De Oro” (bank and corporate area in Hato Rey). Attire: Casual. Food: Delicious, creative, and fresh. The hummus plate, the octopus, the shrimp salad, the pizzettas and the pasta with seafood are excellent. I love the way they elaborate dishes with olives, feta cheese, and fresh vegetables. Usually, they have fresh fish to offer. For dessert you must try the Manchego cheese ice cream, the key lime pie, and the pecan pie. Refer to photos for more details. NOTE: Sometimes prices for the specials are little bit more expensive than the food in the regular menu. So, is preferible ask for pricing first. Service: The staff is friendly and professional; knows the menu completely and are great doing recommendations. Ambience: Elegant, not noisy, during weekends they offer lovely live music (instrumental) during dinner. Great place for business lunch, dinner, family or friends gets, and dates. Parking: Valet parking available. About the Wine Experience: Red Wine from Spain DO Priorat [Pinord +7] The variety of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, and Syrah are carefully harvest by hand; after individual fermentation (18 days approx.), the varieties are blend and the aging is for about one year finishing then in the bottle. This dark in color wine makes things magical between the nose and the palate. AROMAS: Fruits with some oak notes, at first is bold but after some air the aromas become delicate without losing structure. PALATE: Here is the magic; full of flavor, with smoke notes well balanced with red fruits in a delicate and smooth way; so, the senses turns back in other lane in comparison with the nose, amazing feeling! If you pay attention you will feel the great development of this wine minute by minute. Challenge accepted! Enjoy!More
This new restaurant has a lovely layout and something interesting to look at in every corner. The fully bilingual wait staff is very attentive without being obtrusive. I was there for a function with a special menu, so I didn't get to experience the full...menu, but what we had was very good. I'm not sure, however, that I would call the food "Mediterranean" as is billed on their Facebook page. The vianda soup was very tasty and the chicken piccata with capers was expertly prepared. The rissotto had bell peppers so I couldn't partake, but the chocolate cake dessert made up for it. Portions are not enormous. I appreciated the valet parking.More
it is advertised as a fine dining experience my experience the service at best was mediocre the food was not as expected the fact is we have not returned the prices are grossly exaggerated for the food they serve not ecomended
I’m not that person, nor where my other couples. We like to talk,Therefore Try to reserve in the front room. The music is in the main salon. The food is excellent and so is the service. portions are large. I like to eat the lamb...or rabbit fricase. Bring your own superb wine, they only charge a very reasonable $15. There is plenty of parking Valet or serve service, your choice.More
