Great for a meal during the day. And they occasionally have parties/ live bands at night. Great entertainment.

Love the fish-n-chips!! So good. The owner was super nice as well. Returned the next night, the server we got that night was not as good as the first evening but the food was still really good. Great prices as well! However, I wish they couldn't smoke pot in the restaurant while others are eating....

We read about the fish and chips on tripadvisor and had to stop when were in Negril last week. Awesome fish and chips. We also had the fish sandwich which was very good. Sasha waited on us every time we were there and she was great, friendly. She gave us info on the weather and local stuff...Stop if you want... More

Didn't eat there, but did enjoy the live entertainment two nights while staying next door. The bands were OK, but it was the interaction with the local people that really made it fun. Really nice vibe!! If smoke bothers you look for seat around the outside. Lots of smoking, Ya Mon!!!

We stayed at the Grand Pineapple next door and didn't like the dinners so ate at Alfreds 2 times. The fish and chips are awesome! Blackened chicken and shrimp scampi are great too! Nice view at night on the beach and good service. Price is very reasonable.

Great spot for a jamaican breakfast with ackee and saltfish, callaloo, johnny cakes and plantain...sitting at a picnic table with your feet in the sand. It's been around for ages and I can see why!

Alfreds has the best fish and chips on the beach! It is served with delicious cole slaw...it is a must to eat there several times when we visit!

We've eaten @ Alfred's several times during our last few trips, and have to agree the fried fish here is excellent. The fish is very fresh & breaded/seasoned really nice...we think there's some curry in there. Chips are ok, and the side salad of mixed lettuce/cabbage/carrots is a perfect match. Alfred's is a great place to kick back for lunch... More
