My wife and I recently vacationed in Negril. We have developed a habit of asking residents of the place we are visiting to recommend a local favorite place to eat. Several people recommended Sweet Spice. The restaurant is in the town center, a little ways...More

We went to Sweet Spice after a recommendation from our cab driver. It was a great choice! It's a local place with a great local vibe, very laid back and slow. They don't serve alcohol, but your server may be able to get you some...More

Wow. After reading all the reviews we were looking forward to trying this restaurant. TripAdvisor, you really let us down. I can’t recommend a restaurant that puts a bottle of kraft salad dressing on the table and calls it food. My tongue is still burning...More

This is considered an upscale restaurant. I suggest this restaurant for couples and families. It caters more to that style. It's laid back and intimate for date night or family gathering. The food is good, but not your authentic Jamaican style. They don't serve alcohol,...More

Service was a little slow, but the place was packed. Service was excellent and staff had a good sense of humor. Will definitely eat there again.

Honestly, depends on your taxi driver. I think we paid $10 or $15 for round trip. You could walk, but I wouldn't do it at night or alone.
