Many locals told me to go here and I'm so glad I did. I'm telling you the food was fantastic. Had the curry goat and it was perfect. So go!!

This place is the best cost/quality place in Negril. The food was delicious (tenderloin steak+mashed potatoes), the waitress was nice, but beware of some mixed drinks that were awful and tasted artificial (Irish moss), we had to return it. Otherwise we will be visiting the...place perhaps the 4th time during our stay in Negril.More
it looks yummy like really yummy like i want to eat it kind of yummy like it gets me in a sexy mood kind of hungry
Lovely authentic Jamaican restaurant. We were staying at an all inclusive hotel in negril but wanted to experience some real Jamaican food so one of our bar tenders recommended sweet spice to us. They don’t serve alcohol but that didn’t matter to us. Two drinks,...two starters and two mains came to $27 so fantastic value. The curry chicken was absolutely delicious and you get generous portions. The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is because the service wasn’t particularly welcoming and friendly from one of the waiting staff (the other we spoke to was absolutely lovely). Would definitely go back again next time I’m in JamaicaMore
Get the oxtail and curry goat. Authentic place that accept card and had great service. Wonderful broth soup included. Recommended to us by several local people and we are thankful for their advice!
My first visit to Sweet Spice made me want to return, and I did return. On both occasions the food was delicious. I had Curried Goat, Oxtail, Beetroot and Carrot juice. Looking forward to my 3rd visit.
Came here for lunch. Location is indoors with air conditioning. After seeing high reviews for oxtail, we both decided to get it with high expectations. First off, the oxtail dish is currently $1000 JMD more than all the other dishes and it is completely unwarranted....It was just average to be honest. At the end of the day, we overpaid for a mediocre dish. Maybe the other dishes are better, but if you are looking for some good oxtail, go some place else (I suggest Coletta’s or Murphy’s)More
The food was good waitress was very nice good authentic jamaican food i highly recommend this place.
Get the oxtail. The oxtail was very flavorful and it come with veggies, rice and beans and some type of macaroni. The pricing is up there but a good experience.
About 16 of us went to eat at Sweet Spice. The service was great and the food was excellent! You definitely have to try their fried chicken. Their natural juices are on point. Be sure to try the beets and lime drink.
We got there a bit before closing. Didn't know about the curfew. Only had a few many options and were out of most of those. Ended up with stewed beef which was decent py partner had the fish which was nice. Hoping for the next...visit they will be back to 100%More
Visited this place a few years back, NOT IN MARCH 2019 it was about 2015-6 so it MAY have changed but I doubt it, I went here several times for "Kidney" for breakfast and it was VERY good, we also went one day as a...couple and my wife loved it too. The food was good and the place was very quaint ...... Take a look see, it is a bit out of "town" but not that far only a 10 min walk.More
Although the website had this place pegged at Negril, this place (or maybe, a branch of this place)is very conveniently located just outside of Montego Bay in the shopping mall area. After a long day pf touring around the area, this was a very refreshing...place for me to kill my hunger and fill me up for the night. Their menu has got all kinds of local and Western dishes, along with drink specials. This is reasonably priced, and the quality and taste of the dish was well worth the wait time. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for Jamaican food and/or is feeling homesick for some American comfort food.More
We try to eat at Sweet Spice at least once each trip to Negril. Very good food, wide variety, generous portions, reasonable price
The restaurant itself seems to be a local favorite spot. Parking is a lil tough, but worth it. The food was great and well seasoned. The atmosphere was homey, but too dark. Needed more lighting. There aren't any alcoholic beverages available so don't have your...taste buds ready for Rum punch....lol. It is reasonably priced and the portions were great.More
