Nice little place tucked into a side road in West Negril not far from Ricks Cafe / light house and a few other sight to see including the caves. The owner lady (Sorry I do not remember her name) was very pleasent, helpful and kind to us and the garden and the humming birds were even more amazing. This is a must see if nothing more then to come say hi to the humming birds. There is great food here and drinsk to sit in the garden and wathc the hummingbirds and other creatures to see as you enjoy some food or drink. Much nicer then Barneys (He is a jerk towards children and also animals as we have read and were informed by others at our resort and refuse to support Barney) if you are an animal lover or nature please go support /see Just Natural and you can see the same beutiful creatures with amuch nicer atmosphere and owners @ Just Natural.
Tahnk you for having us as visitors and we will be back.
If you are visiting or planing to visit bring a hummingbird feeder to donate, the humming birds will thank you.

found Just Natural tucked away behind a tangle of bushes and trees. The staff was welcoming and I ordered an eggplant sandwich, a banana, oatmeal and papaya shake and sliced potatoes. All for about $10USD. I was asked to go out back and wander around the gardens while the chef cooked my food. The “garden” looked akin to a child born from the seeds of Wes Craven and out of the womb of Martha Stewart. Well worn paths guided me around the various points of interest. Hidden in the bush, I spotted several bathtubs, old cracked toilets and two ovens tilted at odd angles with doors ajar. The seating areas were separated by Walmart-quality curtains that still retained their structured pleats but were now spotted with unevenly splotched patterns of mold. I found a seat under an unsteady cabana with an unsteady seat. The tablecloth was a padded plastic liner of another unidentified piece of furniture from the past. My food arrived and it was simple, yet beautiful. The sauteed eggplant was placed on one piece of bread while the other side was layered with colorful vegetables pulled from the garden. 3 slices of roasted potatoes were layered on a smaller plate. These potatoes were simply prepared, hot and tasty. The portions were correct, but it was so tasty, I could have eaten many more. The smoothie was delicious, nutritious and all organic.
This is a must-visit for many reasons: The owners are warm and welcoming, the gardens unique and fascinating and the food organically delightful.

The atmosphere at Just Natural was spectacular. You order your food at the front counter, then wander through the gardens which felt like a jungle to find a private table in the middle of the palm trees. It’s decorated so beautiful and it’s all very unique. The food was delicious and very authentic Jamaican. Good prices too! Definitely worth the visit.

The hosts: Two Jamaican sisters carrying on their parents tradition of serving guests good food made with local ingredients and a lot of love. They were fun to talk to and happy to have visitors.
The setting: Outdoor seating under the canopy of trees and garden plants, surrounded by odd but beautiful junkyard-style sculptures and objects. The word “eclectic” doesn’t do justice.
The food: Amazing juices (I had ginger beet honey) and a range of regular dishes and specials (I had a whole snapper in curry with local squash and pumpkin).
My only regret is not taking my camera!

For the past week I wasn't feeling myself hence I decided to free myself of all my stressor,I began to eat healthy with the assistance of the kind staff at Just Natural Restaurant.
An hour reflexology massage $5000jmd after breakfast was just what I needed to start my de-stress journey.
Christine with her miracle hands âś‹, I'd recommend any day. Not to mention the outdoor, peaceful and quiet location. I fell asleep, haven't slept so peacefully in days.
Booked my appointment for the massage but when I got there I had to order a Jamaican breakfast.. Just Natural as it suggests but, I enjoyed it, unlike most fast food places I didn't feel bloated after consuming.
I had an excellent experience today and I'd highly recommend... After my massage I walked the garden and meditate.
Thanks so much to just natural location and staff, I will be making this my healing spot/ feels like I'm already healed........

This meal and experience was my most favorite during my trip to Jamaica! The staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the food is top notch! We loved sitting outside and taking in the view. We ate the lobster salad and had fresh juice, and the other people we were with ordered the tuna melt and the burrito! Everyone loved what they ate. The atmosphere was the best part - you have to see it!!

Me and my husband we’re so excited to see that there was a pescatarian restaurant in the area with healthy options as we eat a plant and fish based diet. Just natural offers and abundance of healthy fruits and vegetables as well as delicious fish and pasta dishes with amazing sauces and local flair. The owner is in such a good mood and she is a pleasure to deal with. The atmosphere is so relaxed and unique. I highly recommend coming here for some local food that is cooked with passion!

We came here for dinner and received such a warm welcome from the owners. I opted for a shrimp pasta, and my husband ordered the lobster pasta. After we ordered, the owner came out with freshly made vegetable soup that comes with the meal. It was a simple soup, but that added service felt so genuinely authentic and sweet, like I was eating as a guest in their home!
To be very honest, the food was good but not great (but I cook a LOT at home). The shrimp seemed frozen, but the pasta was al dente, and I loved the veggies on the side, especially the fried bread fruit! Either way, we both finished our plates clean.
Next, the owner brought us out a freshly made coconut dessert of sorts, again included with the meal. Our total meal including 2 beers came to $32 USD.
Overall, I would recommend visiting this spot. It's also possible they're more of a breakfast spot than dinner, but unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit breakfast this time around. The family that owns it was so sweet and kind, and I also noticed they have a lot of hand made items on the wall as well. All in all, a lovely place to support and visit.

Short walk from The Cliff Hotel last morning for breakfast. We had juices, lobster omelette, eggs, ackee, plantains and French toast. The fresh large beet and Soursop juice, French toast was absolutely delicious. Fresh, farm to table, inexpensively priced, meal. The omelet wasn’t for me. Bought earrings (simple and classy) for $5usd, wore them almost everyday during our vaca. Wish we tried it earlier in our trip. Would have visited every morning. Rustic, toured the facility, mosquitoes like me so cover up.

This little restaurant and garden was an unforgettable stop on our travels. We sat for several moments in the garden watching hummingbirds contemplating all that is right with the world. We ate the best French toast and omelettes while sipping on delicious natural juices. The two women who own the business have a beautiful presence and warmth about them. You will be blessed just stopping in to chat and taking a look at their jewelry! I highly recommend this experience!

Rubbery fish with brown toast and iceberg lettuce, but delicious juice!
We came for lunch and ordered the snapper because the woman assured us that it was fresh and would be steamed. I cook every day at home. This fish was not fresh and was not steamed. It should have had some texture and pull apart with a fork. Instead it was hardly warm and was like rubber. Not edible
The ginger papaya juice was fresh and delicious. Playing checkers was fun.
My suggestion is to exercise great caution when ordering food.

Spectacular experience. The atmosphere is second to none and the food is even better. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Disappear into the jungle in the back to find tables in beautiful settings where they grow everything they serve on site. Love this place

For the warmest welcome, fresh cooked food from the land, the best natural fruit juices and fabulous tasting coffee …. Just natural is a must!
This is a family business, Christine and Teresa are the loveliest ladies, behind the scenes is a very authentic cook! ( the very talented brother !!!)
Christine offers a reflexology treatment and she has a healing touch! My husband swears he felt so much better afterwards, I loved the pampering.
I will miss my Jamaica breakfast… but we will be back!

Teresa and her family put a massive amount of heart and soul in their healthy food options. We started with a lovely spinach soup, had fish and pasta combos with vegetables and finished off with a ginger/ coconut desert. It was absolutely wonderful.
Totally recommend trying this place.
