The Fisherman Beach area was recently renovated and the new Whalers restaurant and other shopping/dining shops were unveiled just days before we arrived in Jamaica. We ate there three days in a row! The owner, the chef and all the wait staff made us feel...More

The best in Native Cuisine and it is located on the beach front. Conch Soup is a must have and fresh catch of the day daily not to mention the finger licking lobster done any style

We have been eating here for the past 8 years. We were some the the first customers, when the place first opened. The prices have gone up over time, but they use to be at least, reasonable. We got there our first night, JUNE 1,...More

This is a great place to visit for a local experience. You'll meet a lot of local entrepreneurs, each selling their unique trade. We enjoyed talking with Copper and Cook Food while waiting for our snapper. The food was delicious, these places dont' have menus...More

Walking to this place was a little hairy. We were three women walking into this fishermans village, and somehow had picked up a "guy" who brings people to this restaurant who followed us and sat down with us and would not leave until we asked...More

Ate fish here twice, escovitch and coconut, both times good but a bit pricy (1500/2000 JMD) food for local standard. The service was good, only the toilet didn’t work.
