I have spent so much time and money here, I simply could not get enough. I will return I wish that I could have some now!

This restaurant charged my card twice & didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. Also insisted that I will not be refunded.

Great Jerk Chicken. The jerk chicken wings were amazing, my only disappointment was that I didn’t order more wings. My daughter is very picky but loved the jerk Chicken. Wife and son ordered the curry chicken and raved about that too. Very authentic. Most of...the patrons were locals. Clean, open and inviting.More

Went to jerk centre which is in walking distance to Ocho Rio's Port. (Across from Turtle Park) Ryan was our server and was very pleasant. Quick to bring our drinks and food. We loved the meal. I had split the Jerk chicken and pork with...my husband . Both were moist and had a lot of flavor. Spices were just right. I would definitely recommend popping in for a meal on a visit to Ocho Rio's you won't be disappointed.More

So, Just so you know. This is a place tour guides will take you to because they get a kick back and the tourists typically pay for their meal. The food was OK the service did not smile at all. The local jerk chicken cats...were the attraction. I did see some seriously dreadlocked semi locals show up and eat. They smoked a lot of Ganja also which was alright by me but I do not think this place was anything special.More

Just got back from the Jerk center. We went there because of the positive reviews. It was a miss. The first two items we tried to order were out. Service was mediocre at best. Ended up ordering the jerk chicken, chicken jerky was more like...it. It was sooo dry and tasteless I only managed to get half my order down. We paid up and walked away dissapointed. I would pass on this place.More

This is now one of my favourite places for lunch in Ocho Rios. We went there last week and I loved the ambience but service took a long time and mistakes were made with our order. Fortunately the meal was delicious. We went back yesterday...and the meal was scrumptious! I'm visiting Ocho Rios again next week and I'll be back. I should also add that the meal was reasonably priced and authentic.More

I took a group of 7 people on Jan 2, 2020 @ 7 PM to eat at this place . I could tell a lot had changed since my last visit 2014. We prepaid for our meals. Most of the group ordered Jerk pork. When...it arrived.. it was like 2 table spoon of jerk pork chopped up with lots of fat. The pork was a bit bland. We called for the manager. My daughter could not have sugar due to health reasons. So she asked if she could replace her drink with water. They gave her a hard time .. and said she would have to purchase the water. the manager on duty could not think outside of the box. We ask the priced of the drink.. it was like $125 JMD and the cost of bottle water was $200 JMD. We offer to pay the difference between the two costs.. she said. "Sorry I can't do that the owner is not here." {LOL.. Call the owner so you can make an executive decision}. She did not offer a solution. it was not worth the 20 mins going back and forth with her about the fatty portions and a bottle of water. Wasted our money at this place. A vendor was selling outside the gates, so we obtained a bottle of water for $100 JMD. We left and went to Fisherman village to eat at Whalers. Over the many years going to Ocho Rios, I would visit The jerk Hut/ center to dine with others. Jan 2020 just terminated all future visits. Service and food were A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!More

Yes, major foreign curreny is accepted at just about every business place in Jamaica. Even taxis will accept it.
