The ambiance of the zoo is so nice...especially when you get there when the suns about to go down. Can’t go wrong with the salt fish fritters, wings, jerk pork and the “Burga”. Just order a que of rum with couple friends and catch a vibe. The staff is polite and chill. Chillin is a whole Mood!

My classmates and our instructors were visiting Kingston. We had an amazing dinner there. The food was delicious. I had the oxtails and fried bammy. We had the platters to try out the wings and more. Everything was tasty, hot and delivered quickly to our table. I plan on return to Chillin' the next time I visit Kingston. You should definitely give it a try.

I went there for Lunch. The Goat was really good as always. Customer service was warm and the location is clean and relaxing with the nice floral plants and cool shaded area in the dining.
Highly recommended.

The person taking our order on the phone was very pleasant. We were told the order would take 45 minutes. We arrived around 60 minutes later to pick up our order. On arrival there were 2 servers and a security at the entrance. All of whom were in a conversation which did not stop despite being greeted. The security guard did look at us but did not say anything. We had to go inside to try and find someone to assist us. We were able to find a server on the inside who was able to assist us. The cashier who was very pleasant was able to assist us in filling the order. The order was not ready at that time. The tacos we had ordered were not yet boxed. This took an extra 10 minutes after our arrival. The chicken tacos were 6/10. Chicken sandwich was 7/10. Fries 2/10. Classic Chillin Burger 8/10 the cheese was nice and melty. The bacon was nice though chewy. The bun did not feel proportionate to the amount of meat as it was very thin at the bottom. The jerk chicken was 7/10. Soup of the day - Pumpkin seafood soup was 7/10 but spicy.
It would be nice if he staff at the first point of entry would acknowledge potential customers and direct them to where they may need to go. Having the food ready at the time close to the estimate would also be very nice. 45 minutes that turns into 70 minutes is not acceptable in my opinion.

A group of us visited August 2021 ( we tried making reservations however their online reservation service that they tell you to use was down at the time of planning to make it), tried calling and each option, the phone just rang and no one picked up for about an hour. We finally got through to someone and they told us that they had no room for reservation but they still accepted walk ins and she said that it would be fine since my group was small and we were going early
On the day, we were seated and someone gave us water until the last person of our group arrived. Gave us the menu and started taking our order but after one person they asked us to move upstairs which we did because it seemed like lady didn’t want to sit upstairs.
-when we were upstairs no one came back to us to finish our order, we sat for over an hour waiting and no one came back, one waitress and we told her what was going on and she said okay and left us.
We went downstairs to query what was going on and we were told someone would be with us shortly, no one came to us. Waitresses came and left and took up chairs and no one came to us. It then started to drizzle and not one soul came to us and asked us to love downstairs (despite there being no space). To keep it short, we were basically left in the rain with only the bottle of water that was given to us initially. We eventually left because it was getting late and we were extremely hungry. To our surprise people who came after us who were downstairs got their food and drinks and were eating while we were left starving upstairs.
If the restaurant is full just say that from
The phone call and don’t be greedy and try and include more customers.
Take your money and visit another restaurant it also seems from other patrons that the food is not worth it

Ok so having experienced Chillin' Restaurant before I had high expectations once again about this new location. But to my surprise, I was left in dismay as those high expectations were quickly humbled.
The food was not very appealing nor did it taste as good. I ordered a grilled sandwich that is as basic as basic can be, my only request was that I asked to make it spicy (that was a fail), and my wife ordered Shrimp Pasta. this however was the straw that broke the Camel's back as the saying goes, the Shrimp were literally swimming in cheese! it was more like Cheese Soup than Pasta. I gave that a 2 out of 5 and that's just me being generous.
Drinks were another failure as I had to send my drink back and have them remake it as it had little to no flavor. another thing they were lacking was the restroom. the sink faucet and the lights were probably the only things working.
Maybe my expectations were too high for this place, but as I mentioned before, I've been to the previous location (Hope Gardens) and that was a great experience. this new location and its Chefs are just not cutting it.

They have a rule which states that if you make a reservation for say eight persons you can't be seated until at least half of them show up. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous especially when the "waiting area" had been prepared for another group which meant that it was unavailable and I was told by the lady at the front that the only place I could have a seat and wait on my party was at the bar. When you get all dressed up to dine you don't want someone sending you to the bar to sit among people in casual attire. Then to make matters worse everything that my party and I ordered was cold. My fries and green plantains were cold. My friend excitedly ordered their famous curry mutton which was also cold. Jodi was our waitress and probably the only good part of the night and also my Charcoal chicken. I probably would not go back or recommend.

We had dinner here, on Valentine’s Day, made reservations online, before travelling and call and confirm 1 hour prior to arriving- At time of arrival, the hostess told waiter to take over to the nicer side of restaurant, as we requested nice table due to us being on honeymoon. We walked over all excited to find out no seats were there, the waiter than shuffled us over to any available seat, which was a back facing to stage show, small cocktail style seat, close to waiting bar area. We were not happy, asked to speak to manager, who then proceeded to say “oh we saved these seats for all reservation customers, and no one else complained” Thank god, another hostess over heard and told us to place our orders, as it takes time to come out, have a drink and he would move us to nice bigger table.
Once that was resolved, we got to enjoy the live music, we love the atmosphere, the ambiance, the scenery, love it all.
The food was really good- flavorful
We will return on next visits. Would give 5*, if the table mix up didn't happen

Visited this property on Sunday Jan 12 with a group of friends. I ordered the steak and it was the worst steak i have ever had, our waitress was rude to us. It was 9:00 and my fiance was not able to order any food so we ended up leaving, this was the worse experience i have ever had visiting Jamaica, my Fiance says he will like try it again and give them another chance i however will not. The atmosphere was good however.

Hi Lattoya, thank you for writing a review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience dinning with us. We will have to investigate to see what could have caused the steak to be off as it’s one of our best sellers. Unfortunately our kitchen closes at 9pm on a Sunday. We invite you and your husband to come back for an experience that I guarantee will be better.

The place is nice, it is a terrace with good music, but the service was very bad, it took more than 1.5 hours to serve me, the food was bad, the rice was not fresh and the chicken was nothing special. The waitress had a bad attitude. The person who started serving me was the Security staff who I believe became desperate to see the dirty tables and that the staff did not serve me.
The person who served me best was the Security person who was at the Door and helped cleaning the tables and attending the customers.

I had the spicy burger and our host was amazing and friendly. Definitely a 10/10.
