We eight dinner here three times during our week at Eden Roc. We also took daily breakfasts and several lunches during our visit. The room is modern and offers a bar area and both indoor and outdoor dining. The food is quite good. Sushi is well prepared. Ceviches, tiraditos, tartares and robatayaki and steaks are all well-prepared.
Service is fine and very friendly. Very satisfying. Breakfast buffet and a la carte both a good way to start your day.

Ramon Knight at the Blue restaurant Eden Roc is exceptional at his job. With tens of frankly impatient hungry guests pulling him different directions, he keeps his cool and politeness delivering service with genuine commitment to please. In one word graceful. It is remarkable to see one take such pride in their work. Dignified. Eden Roc and Blue restaurant is lucky to have him. The restaurant is excellent and (don't judge me) the breakfast was always the highlight meal of my day.

We were up and at it early with a young toddler every morning and the breakfast staff greeted us with a smile and high energy every day. Jose Andreas and Miledy kept our son entertained and engaged. Ramon Knight, Milton, Judit, Maridalia, Angel, and Esmeralda were all incredibly kind and helpful. The service and food were excellent!

The food and hospitality was amazing during our stay at Eden Roc. Ramon, Maluin, Andredis, Miguelina, Esmeralda, Miledis, and Noerkis at Blue Grill were very attentive and always had a smile on their face. I would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

I had a wonderful time at Eden Roc at Cap Cana. The concierge staff is top notch. The front staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. A special shoutout to Adonis and Milton, these two gentlemen showed me great hospitality by ensuring my dining experience was spectacular throughout my stay. This resort is a MUST and it’s literally the best in Punta Cana. I will definitely go back when I book my next trip to Punta Cana.

Adonis and Milton deserve a shoutout for their exceptional hospitality and making your dining experience spectacular.
It's great to know that you consider this resort a must-visit and the best in Punta Cana.

The buffet breakfast is vast and delicious, including a large gluten free section for those who need it. Omelets and eggs are cooked to order. The varied dinner menu features sushi and sashimi, plus more Western-themed cuisine.

We have been lucky to visit Eden Roc many times over the past 6ish years and every time it’s a delight! So happy to finally be back in paradise after 2 years (thanks covid 🥲). Blue restaurant is an absolute favourite and honestly does one of the best breakfasts out there! Dinner is also fabulous.
Service is wonderful and the surroundings couldn’t be more beautiful.
Special shout out to Miledys who has been a familiar face to us over the years and has always been the loveliest person to us every time we see her. Also thanks to Ramon, Andreidy, Yudy, Angel, Esmeralda and Maluin for the wonderful service!
Can’t wait for the next trip here!

Amazing people and service and food is just incredible. Breakfast with huge number of different types of food and everything tasty. Lunch and Dinner menu at that restaurant is same and that’s on plus. A lot of amazing dishes that everyone would like to try each of them so You have plenty of moments to do so.

The food was amazing! We went every morning, we highly recommend the avocado toast and quinoa bowl. The service was also wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating regarding allergies. Miledys was always very kind and welcoming, every morning we saw her :)

We noticed most staff are not friendly. They put up discouraging faces and speak in high tones. But in the morning of May 22 breakfast, our server Ramon Milton proved exceptional. He’s really pleasant, smiles and was very courteous. His service was noticeable. His positive attitude portrays a good representation of Eden Roc. We are thankful for Ramon’s hospitality.

My son and I took a sushi class and the Chef Julio was a great teacher and his assistant /server Andredis was so fabulous and friendly. The sushi was delicious and the experience was fantastic. This is such a beautiful and special place for a vacation. Thanks for the great memories! Love, J & Z

Eden Roc was very kosher accommodating. The waiters were excellent, especially Milton. Such a nice & friendly Guy. He was our waiter for breakfast and lunch. He was extremely patient with us & really knew what he was doing kosher wise. It was because of him that our orders went through smoothly! I recommend you ask for Milton when you go and he will take care of you!

Service here was outstanding, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and also the views are amazing. Food and drinks were 5 stars making the whole experience unforgettable. Super recommended

Great food and laid back atmosphere. Excellent seafood - I recommend the miso cod. Extensive wine list and wide selection of food types from pizza to fine restaurant dishes.
However the highlight of this restaurant is the service and especially the managers - Clara the Canadian lady and Angel the Frenchman- both get 5 stars from me

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day! How breakfast goes, goes the rest of the day. Reason why these special people at the Blue Restaurant deserve a shout out and some love ❤️: Ramon Knight, Miledy's, Yudith, Esmeralda, and Malvin ("El Unico").
