In a scenic place with excellent food and excellent hosts. We had the Paella which was highly recommended to us by our hotel's front desk manager and lots of Presidente which was all good value.

The food and service was much better the last time I visited this restaurant last year. The food is not bad, but considering the price for your meal and drinks you are doing much better to eat at your all-inclusive resort.

Was very friendly. Food was great. Did not like the locals coming and asking us to buy things from them. Waiter was very nice and patient. There were 8 of us, and we all had an excellent time.

If you are in Punta Cana, you HAVE to come to Captain Cooks. You can pick your own fresh caught food or get the sampler, there's no wrong choices. Also, best Pina Colada on the planet! Seriously! Right on the ocean. Can't say enough good stuff about this place!

Wow. We were staying up the beach at the occidental grand, and decided to walk down to Captain Cook's on the last day of our vacation. I wish we'd gone sooner! This place is a gem. Right on the beach, great friendly staff, and the food is excellent. We got the mixed grilled seafood for two ($60 US) and it... More

Read many reviews about this place and was eager to try it. By chance it was a five minute walk along the beach from where we were staying. We had soup to start with, this was out of this world and if I'm honest was enough to class as a main meal. We opted for the fish platter for our... More
