We made reservations for a Italian Buffet for the price of 30 guilders per person, what we thought was a good deal. They promised us good food, live music, happy hour and Pokemon for the girls (4 & 6). The only thing on what they kept their promise was the live music. The price was suddenly 60 guilders which was... More

Happen to walk past the restaurant, across the street from the Synagogue. Afterward we went back there for my birthday. The best Italian food, like sitting down at your home table. And music on Thursday Nite, Yes!

Going there for lunch with a friend, we had an antipasta for two, then we had a shrimp pasta and a pasta carbonara as a main dish. We ordered 2 bottles of their house wine and for dessert we had one coffee and 2 Limoncello's each. The total bill was $230. They billed us a 20% surcharge without notification. There... More

Cozy family owned restaraunt with amazingly fresh and well prepared Italian food. The lentil soup and seafood pasta were fresh and very well prepared, and the cozy atmosphere was like dining with family.

Found this place listed here on Tripadvisor on a general list of 'Restaurants on Curacao'. Then I read the previous reviews and was too intrigued NOT to go. Staying at the Marriott Renaissance, Il Barile da Mario Bar Restaurant is just a short walk over the Queen Emma bridge. Walk straight up four blocks and make a left after the... More

This adorable cozy restaurant is tucked away in downtown Punda near the Postal Museum and the synagogue; a little tricky to find on a narrow street but worth finding! The servers are simply delightful and fun to chat with. And the cappuccino is perfect, frothy and delivered with a smile. It became my daily late morning cappuccino hotspot. As for... More

Some months ago, we stopped at this restaurant and had a delicious coffee while friends roamed the sector of Punda in Willemstad. This time we decided to try it for lunch with the family. It was a terrible mistake!! We had arrived from Bonaire where we ate delicious fresh fish. We asked the waitress if the fish on the menu... More
