What a hidden treasure! The food was delicious. Beautiful pieces of meat as shown in the photos. The pieces of meat come to the table one after the other and are expertly cut. You can choose your own side of the meat and the thickness.
The meat keeps coming until you literally turn the light on red.
The meat is of sublime quality. Drinks come in large glasses.
You can take other meals yourself, there is also a great choice here.
I was very pleased with the price. Partly because I was celebrating my birthday and eating for free! (Group larger than 4 the waitress said).
We paid 400 guilders for 6 people (1 year old, 2 children). People want the tip in cash.
We sat partly outside and were given free anti-mosquito spray.
The children also had a great time looking at the animals. We saw some fish, parrots and a monkey.
The parrots at a distance, except for one, they were in a cage. Apparently you have to book a separate tour for this. There are small hotel rooms behind the restaurant, we did not see the swimming pool.
The staff mainly speaks Papiamentu.
The restaurant is quite remote but it is really worth it.
If I had to mention a disadvantage, it would be the chairs. The solid wooden chairs are comfortable, but the humidity makes you completely stick to your chair.
But you actually want to stick around here, the meat is that tasty.

The food was fantastic. The lady who gave the tour clearly knew a lot and was very friendly.
The service in the restaurant was also top notch! Unfortunately, there was no internet due to the rain, so we could not see the online map and check in (detail)
I think the gecko enclosures are far too small and not animal friendly, this was a clear drawback (do something about this)!!!!

hello my name is domingo castillos and I have visited this place with my wife and childrens. We returned Colombia today, and i really need to say this because i feel myself scammed by this place and since they reported my honest comment i do it again. there is no special at this place, they use the same normal price as a special and they give you a dessert or drink and say its a special. my wife really wanted to visit this place and that's why we agreed to go on the thanksgiving special. we ordered the 85 guilder special per person. we went to the salad bar and only the rice was fresh, the rest tasted weird, especially the potatoes. We ordered our term 3/4 and almost all of them were medium or more raw. Despite claiming them several times, that's how our meats remained. Despite this, It was already too much and the children didn't enjoy it either and that's why we finished dinner asking for the bill and we left. we stayed in curaçao until 1 december, my wife who is a facebook fan showed me an anniversary special for the same 85 guild, so I got curious and went to see their website and saw that the normal price is 85 guilders. Why do you fool people by saying it's special, but is it a normal price? if you have a Mini Rodizio why you force everyone to buy the 85?

I am not a food critic and never leave a review but the food here was horrible. The salad bar is worse than the options you get at subway to put on your foot long. And subway is terrible too. But that’s besides the point. Amazonia’s best cut of meat was the overcooked chicken. The staff was super friendly and helpful but I don’t understand how places like this exist for 10 years. The lomito, the picanha, their ribeye not tender, crusty hard parts on the cheeses and meats in the salad bar.. it was just awful..

Had mother's day lunch with the family. Food was good, staff service was great. And the Mojitos were awesome!! Also nice touch to have the pineapple cups for the kids their drinks. We had a good time. Keep up the good service.

Our dinner was fabulous. We had a great night with our server Didi she was the best.
Also I had a conversation with the owner that was so friendly and helpful to me.

We went on the amazing tour to see the beautiful birds and animals and ending our evening with a fantastic rodizio dinner. Beautiful place, wonderful people and outstanding to get close (but not too close!) to the parrots, macaws, monkeys and exotic reptiles. A must do when in Curaçao!

We were there for the afternoon tour of the jungle. What a fun experience! Our tour guide was super friendly and informative. The highlight of the tour was touching the monkeys and Luna the bird. We ate from the snack bar while we waited for our tour to start. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The serving sizes were plentiful.

Hello Meatlovers!
We recently went as a group of 3 people to @amazonia_curacao and we were not disappointed. Amazonia’s Jungle Restaurant is a very unique place outside and inside with ancient temples reminding of Maya and Inca architecture where you can also discover jungle ruins and exotic animals. All the atmosphere and surroundings are really great!
We all went for the $50 experience, this includes the salad bar with over 25 dishes consisting of salads, veggies and hot items and then a continuous offering of super quality flavorsome meats on skewers cut by efficient servers as you wish at your table. This was such a fun way to try different types of meat (10+ cuts) like Picanha, Rib Eye, Tenderloin, Spicy Lomito and much more. I loved the lamb, chorizo sausages and chicken. You won’t leave hungry, if you still are, leave the red light/green light card on green, and the servers will stop by at your table and slice meat up in front of you.
Vegans and Vegetarians are also welcome! You can enjoy the “Salad Bar Only” option ($35).
SUPER EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! Very attentive welcoming staff and service, all young and friendly people. Once our indicator turned over from red to green, the meats started coming. The servers with their skewers were never more than 5 minutes apart and we had an opportunity to sample each and every item. Every meat came around 2 or 3 times. Every degree of doneness.
Worth another visit!
TIPP: Go very hungry and don’t overeat on the salads because the steaks are tender and delicious!
