Went to El Gaucho to celebrate a 33 year anniversary. We were on the island for two weeks and chose this for the special night. The soup on the salad bar was great as were the rest of the salads. All the different steaks were well prepared and tasted great as well. Only issue was the two people got the... More

Have been to this place a number of times as the view from the restaurant is fantastic. Get a reservation and ask for a table near the railing. Great. But lately I noticed that the quality of both the food and service has been slipping. Absolutely has been better. It is the same old song on this Island, as soon... More

Two people ordered same steak. His was meaty with strip of fat, mine was fatty with strip of meat. Manager agreed was more fatty than it should be and he would take care of it. Never saw manager again and no compensation.

Overall good food near the Marriott for steak lovers. Great views from the top deck and overall good service. Made a reservation and sat right away with a party of ten. Need a better kids menu and the food overall is expensive compared to US restaurants.

We made a reservation and still waited a while before we were seated and had to ask the manager to seat us. We went late at night so couldn't see the view everyone talked about. The service is slow but might just be island time. However the waiter was & manager were very friendly. I ordered the beef ribs and... More

Wonderful service, great food, decent prices. The views made this restaurant worth the drive from the Marriott. Go before sunset to appreciate it all.

OMG... El Gaucho is definitely the best restaurant on the island. Food was amazing. Delicious steak. Finally found a place with a fresh salad bar. Top service. Our waitress explained everything on the menu, and recommended a great wine at a great price. Perfect place for a romantic cozy dinner with a spectacular view. Can't wit to go back!

Great place to watch the sun set. The food is very good if you're a meat lover. (If you're a veggie lover try somewhere else.)
