We just arrived in Curaçao and didn't know it was "highly advised" to make reservations for dinner. We showed up at MosaCana to see if they had a table for 2. The food reviews were great so we thought we'd try there first. The host...was so rude and dismissive treating us like we were bothering him because he was busy with people who actually had the sense to make a reservation. It's too bad because if we were treated nicely we would have made a reservation for another day. But...the arrogance of this staff member made our decision for us. We won't be giving them our business.More

First night I came here asked for a table but was told they were full, however the gentleman kindly checked at the bar and after apologising politely gave me a card if I’d like to reserve for another night. Next night I managed to reserve...at the bar and was even served on a named basis by the waitress who had remembered my name from the booking. The cocktail makers made great conversation with me too so it felt more like a meal with friends even though I was by myself even answering my weird questions about curacou! The service alone and manner of the staff deserve a 5 star review but the food and drinks themselves are exquisite. Flavours in both matched perfectly. The crab bao bun was especially well made! I cannot recommend enough - just make sure you book!More

Cana lives up to the hype. Based on other stellar reviews our reservation was a no brainer. Cocktails were well crafted and on the booze side which I like. The dishes are all tapas style. Portions were generous. We dove into a buratta that was...delicious. Next to arrive was a wahoo ceviche and tuna tartare. Both dishes creative and tasty. Bao buns with soft shell crab was my favorite. A wonderful combination and eclectic. We ended with the rum ribs which were superb. The staff is an example for any restaurant to follow. Serious about their jobs, knowledgeable, and fun. What else could you ask! Kiwi girl was busting her butt but still has some time to give us a sense of her background. Thanks Cana ! Til my next visit! Texas Steve!More

Went to Cana on the last night of our recent trip to Curaçao. It was very close to our hotel and we had noticed it appeared to have a great vibe when we walked by. We made reservations and we’re glad we did because it...was packed 20mins after it opened. The server was very nice and explained the tapas concept and recommended 2 dishes per person. We were pretty hungry so we ordered 5. Our meal got off to a flying start when we received our cocktails - both my wife and I had ordered the Que Guayabo, and upon the first sip we both just went ‘wow’! For food We had the Calamari, Dumpling Tacos, Bao buns crab, scallops and Birria quesa tacos. Every dish was great, but the dumplings and scallops really stood out. For dessert we had the pineapple & cocunut which was light and refreshing, and an excellent finisher to the evening. Service was a little slow at times, especially toward the end, but the workers were very busy and we could see them turning people away as the place was full. This place was a little on the pricey side for Curaçao - our bill for 5 courses, a shared dessert and 2 drinks each was about US $170, but we left satisfied that we had a great meal and great overall experience. Would definitely go back should we return to the island.More

Have dined here twice on two visits to the island. Excellent cocktails and everything on the menu (taps style) was delicious. If it's on the menu it's good!. Highlights include the Pisco Sour and Calamari. The waitstaff is outstanding; attentive and informative. So far, our...favorite resto on the islandMore

After our visit last night my partner and I are Cañas newest fans! Very attentive staff, as we walked in someone walked up to us even trough the establishment was quite busy! We were sat down at the bar, which was communicated with us upon...placing our reservation. We started with some cocktails we picked off the extensive cocktail menu, both delicious! After that we ordered some items to share, a fun mix of ingredients and flavors. Throughout the night the funny witty staff made our experience A+. The owner is a very nice guy who you can see tries to give each table personal attention.More

We had a mini Vaction to Williemstad in the middle of our Westpunt stay. For dinner we went to Caña which was a great experience. We had specialty cocktails unique to Caña which were really good and like nothing have had elsewhere, we recommend that...you give them a try. The way it worked for us was almost like tappas. For dinner ordered three entrees, tempura soft shell crab on a super soft bun, skirt steak tacos and rum baby back ribs. We also ordered two sides, fried okra, yep a Southern staple, tostones with avocado dip. The server and bartenter were attentive without being intrusive. Everything was unique and marvelous we totally enjoyed our meal there and would like to return on a future trip. you can't go wrong with Cana! PSMMore

If you're on the island, you can't let this place go unnoticed, I confess that I hadn't heard of it but I followed the trip advisor tips and made ther a reservation prior, because it's very busy. You do not believe but when the dishes...come, ohhhh my, they are wonderful. It was really worth it! I highly recommend it.More

Also better to reserve to guarantee a seat, but usually early on we will have seats available or at the bar.
