Great restaurant: good food, good service and good location. We loved the Keshi-Yena and the selection of desserts! Highly recommended!

We had no reservation but were able to have dinner here on a Saturday evening in a sold out restaurant. Much impressed with service and food quality.

Have been there 4 times during the last 3 months and everytime i am surprised about the food quality. Its just delicious, the menu has a good amount of choices for different styles and all have been tasting good so far. The service is friendly...and its totally worth it to plan a visit to this restaurant.More

Enjoyed a lovely lunch while watching the floating bridge and ferry cross to the other side! Nice salads. Very accommodating to changes due to dietary needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing we sat out on the balcony in a corner all to ourselves.

We had a lovely dinner for 8 people. Two people in our party were in wheelchairs and the staff helped us with them getting to the table. We dined in their lovely courtyard. Rosalita was our phenomenal server. She explained the menu in 3 languages....She joked and made us feel welcome. The meal and dessert were delicious, I highly recommend this restaurant.More

The food was delicious! Drinks were great as well. The restaurant had a great view of Willemstad and the building had great character. No A/C so it was a bit hot, but worth it for the good food!

We absolutely loved eating at Gouverneur - we enjoyed one lunch and two dinners here during our week in Curacao. The vegan poke bowl at lunch was a must!!! So happy to have found tempeh on the island! For dinner they were able to make...several vegan items that weren't on the menu (but you need to make a reservation for it ahead of time. I did this via email). We had the vegan truffle pasta and the vegan veggie cashew curry. The banana soup was also amazing and can be made vegan. They have a vegan burger (while supplies last), but it was sold out the one night we went. Enjoyed the Gouverneur beer 🍺 👌 The vibe of this restaurant is really cool as well. We had their Poke Bowl for lunch, the fried shrimp and the tuna, it was so good we went back a second time. It was yummy! Place has lovely views of the harbor or the garden in a charming building.

Wow. We went here for dinner on our last night. We've accepted that the level of service in Curacao was significantly less than we were used to and we were used to asking for water, condiments, the check etc. But alas, we were proven wrong!...The service here was phenomenal. Very friendly and attentive! The views of the Queen Emma bridge were great and the food... Um yeah. It was delicious We shared the Bitterballen and the Banana soup. Lemme say, I was googling plantain soup recipes immediately. Delicious! We then had the fish of the day and the mix grill. PerfectionMore

The perfect restaurant to experience the vibe of Willemstad. Centrally located on the canal with a perfect view of downtown and the pontoon bridge. My wife and I arrived in town early before our 7:00pm reservation to walk around town, take pictures on the bridge...and do a little shopping. We then settled down for an aperitif on the restaurant deck (Great signature drink menu!). After a relaxing drink we went inside for dinner. The service was friendly, the food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the ambience was a 10! If you have to pick one restaurant to best experience the heart of Willemstad, this is the restaurant for you.More
