We were there in December and were so disappointed in both the food and the service. They are trying to be a sophisticated place with fancy prices and really mediocre food but they would be better off to go with less pretention and more local menu flavor.

We have just experienced the most delicious lunch at this little family run restaurant. The food is authentic French with a Caribbean flair and we enjoyed exquisite dishes. The scallops in a white wine muchroom sauce were absolutely fantastic as were the mushrooms stuffed with herbed cream cheese and the wonderful Dover Sole Meunière. My husband also enjoyed the fish... We have been enjoying The Wine Cellar for many years now, and can honestly say that it is the best fine dining restaurant on the island. If you are only planning one special night out, go here, you won't be disappointed. The ambience is that of an old country Dutch dining room, surrounded by original artwork, and artifacts acquired over... More

A couple of weeks ago, I got married in Curacao and my friends organised a really nice bachelorette party for me. We had dinner at the wine cellar and I had never been there before so I did not know what to expect. As soon as we came in we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who... More

We had a great dinner at the Wine Cellar. A must go for nice dinner in Curacao! Warm bread, great wine (that they kindly suggest), amazing Scallops, and a wonderful truffle pasta :-) Its was really pleasant and all the staff incredible nice! The owner was there and made sure all was perfect! Beautiful and cozy place.

Wonderful, intimate dining experience. Great food, service. The owners were very nice and personable. A little pricey, but a charming evening. Would have liked to have liquor, but only wine & beer

Can't say enough about Nico, his family and rest of the staff. They went out of their way to make the night special for us. Good wine along with delicious escargot, lobster bisque, rack of lamb and fettuccini alfredo made for a fabulous night topped off with cappuccino and the walnut & cashew pie. (Good thing we had a long... More

One of my favorite restaurants on the island of Curacao. Can highly recommend the lobster bisque. Food and service never disappoint!

Service is as always up to par; the way it should be. You'll be delighted by their exquisite fusion of herbs and spices, the presentation and little details that you don't get anymore. Great ambience, appropriate music that even heightens your palate. You have to experience it yourselves and let me know;)
