Not a place for fine, but more for a quick lunch or diner with a nice cold beer after shopping in the city center.

A breakfast must in Curacao, the yogurt with meusli and fresh fruit or the baguette with ham (proscuitto) and cheese (brie) are great options or they have your standard breakfast of eggs, bacon/sausage and toast as well. And the cappuccino is made with love.

Very nice place right in the middle of town. Good food and friendly people. The menu has a mixed variety of food and drinks.

Are you in the mood for a inexpensive restaurant and don’t want to wait a century before you get your meal?? Then I highly recommend Plein Cafe Wilhelmina in Punda. Good food, fast and good service. Their “daily special dinner” cost only 13.50 guilders which is about $7.75

While in town we stopped at Plein Cafe for breakfast. There was outdoor seating and service was prompt. We ordered the French breakfast which included coffee, orange juice, a roll, croissant, cheese and jam for $11.00 US.

Very good service. The sandwiches and paninis are superb, also well served. Pretty good location, with nice view.

If you like to eat salads with a half jar of mayonnaise you really have to go to this place, because the chef must be lazy to make a proper dressing. The food was beyond disgusting and the cocktail of the week was more of a disaster of the week.

If you are in Punda and want to sit down and have a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner on a tranquil terrace while still enjoying the activities around you, then Plein Café Wilhelmina is the place to be. Nice food, great drinks, very attentive servers and very reasonable prices.
