Al Carbon stands out in Havana. A wide range of good quality chargrilled meats (I loved my rabbit), excellent service and a great ambience.
Most Cuban food was mediochre, this was a cut above; western quality, at western prices
Had the suckling pig and it was very nice. It was my first time so I have nothing to compare it too, but YUM! The short ribs were awesome. Service was great. We got lucky as we showed up without a reservation. You should get...More
