Great vibe. Great music on a Friday night with a live band and dancers. Gets very busy so plan accordingly. Gets very smokey if a person is not used to smoke. Service was on the slow side since they were overwhelmed. Other than that hey would've received 5 stars from me.

Very touristy, good cocktails, only worth visiting because of its history. I will not return, there are many better places in Havana to have a few drinks.

We came for the atmosphere and the daiquiris. Live music inspired some visitors to dance, putting on a bit of a show for the rest of us. The place was hopping; loud, lively and full of cuban energy and rhythm. Cocktails are expensive though so we just had one and moved on down the street. Take a photo with Ernest... More

Great drinks, live music. Touristy and full but fun for a quick stop and drinks. Air conditioning helps.

Beautiful inside and always full of life. Beware drinks are more expensive than London, U.K. The cocktails are wonderful, mouth costs about 7 to 9 Cuban CUC each, that's about 1 English pound to one Cuban CUC. So prices and the musicians will ask for a tip from everyone, but they are good. I did not eat there, but imagine it... More

The Restaurante Floridita was one of Ernest Hemminway's favorite bars. There is a bronze statue of him sitting in his favorite seat. We went in to sample a daiquiri and the atmosphere - the house and was playing and as we sat the place became busier - worth a visit.

Visited twice, once during lunch time and also one evening prior to dinner. Bar area was pretty busy both times, but good service from bar staff, and nice cocktails. Also live music. Definitely worth visiting.

If you like daiquiris and want to go to the source this is the place. They claim to have invented the drink. Hemingway frequented the bar so much that they put a statue of him at the left corner so you can sit and have a chat. Order Hemingway's favorite...some lemony thing. It's crowded and noisy in the evening so... More

Stop for a photo but that's about it. Not really worth the hype or the insanely high prices. If you are a real die hard Hemingway fan or you love a themed bar crawl, then obviously go for it, but otherwise, it's not really worth it.
