Went here on a few occasions during a recent trip to Havana. Alejandro, one of waiters, was most helpful in explaining what some of the meals comprised of. It is in a very handy location on the corner of La Plaza Vieja and each time...we visited we found it to be quite busy. Even when busy the service was always excellent. I can recommend the Cuba Club Sandwich.More

A unique place in right old town of Havana with great food and drinks. The presentation for drinks is amazing. Interior and exterior of the restaurant is antique with lots of antique things. Really enjoyed this place every time we visited la Havana.

We discovered this cozy restaurant by coincidence, and we kept coming back to it. What kept us coming back are the great location, the kind and happy staff, the good music, good food, the overall vibe, and their specialty, the "beer mojito". We tried breakfast,...lunch, dinner, everything, it's all good. We really felt welcome each and every time. I would love to visit this place again someday. :)More

The food here is pretty good but not exceptional. It's a lively atmosphere with a nice decor and the food, with its Americanized menu, is fine. Overall though this is a tourist trap. The prices are high and the food is not outstanding. Also, the...band is very loud and every few minutes the female singer walks around and asks you to contribute to the band. It is obnoxious. They play way too loud anyway, and in my opinion they aren't one of the many legitimate Havana bands. Havana has a lot to choose from. Keep looking.More

Ran across this place while walking downtown in old Havana. Privately owned you will find a quaint kind of 50's look with exceptional Cuban live music to go along with the extensive menu. You can find everything from hamburgers to authentic Cuban dishes here. You...can also order a pizza from its sister restaurant located right next door (GREAT pizza as well). Another surprise while in Havana!More

The restaurant claims to have the high endorsement of Tripadvisor, but God only knows why! I ordered a fish meal with brown rice and a rum and coke and later a Mohito. Fish was a slab of dried and over cooked old piece of fish...with a dry as a bone lemon piece. I asked for the missing rice and it came 10 mins later. I asked for a lemon with some juice in it and it never came. (Lemons are currently hard to find in hacana, but for the price they charge it should be no problem) The drink - Cubata - was loaded with ice and a few spoons of coke and run! Straight ghetto. I was sitting on top of a street drainage and could smell the sewer instead of the aroma of good fish. I complained about the fish and lemon - to the server and she said understood. Nevertheless,no lemon or any attempt to rectify the situation. Why then the long lineups? I think Tripadvisor endorsement must be fictitious. Also tourists are desperate. Only a matter of time!More
