This restaurant should be no1 , the service was impeccable as was the food. I booked this for my partner birthday in the uk as I had seen on tv. The battered lobster was divine as was the sirloin steak which was so tasty and the only place I managed to get a decent salad and chips. The waiters were... More

We really enjoyed the food here, and it's affordable! The service was great. Jorge was one of the best waiters we have ever had. He made the night special...ask for him. Make sure you make reservations well ahead of time.

I had been hopping around to all the best rated paladars in Havana since my first time here over a year ago and I must say that this one so far has provide the best all around from food, atmosphere and service. We were attended to by several waiters and Alejandro who was so attentive! You can't go wrong with... More

Go to San Rafael and have a good stroll along the boulevard and then have lunch at San Cristobal, you will not regret it, the best food we had in Havana and one of the best we had in Cuba. Very fancy, trendy, bohemian, yet traditional and most of all, very new-Havana like. We never imagined to find a place... More

Where do I begin!? From the moment you set foot in San Cristobal, you'll be mesmerised by the elegant and quirky decor around the place that differs from room to room! As a party of 6 we were well looked after by our waiter Williams <3 The starter platter consisting of ceviche, chorizo, cheese, olives, aubergine, and plenty more was... More

Went with my family and we had a wonderful dinner. As usual, we requested two mixed platters as an appetizer and for the main dish we had the seafood dish (fish, lobster and shrimp) and the sweet and sour chicken (with pineapple). Everything was good, the lobster cooked to perfection and excellent sauce on the chicken! The service was great... More

Let me just qualify this review by saying I was with friends on business when we dined at San Cristobal Paladar and we got VIP treatment. It also was the restaurant where President Obama ate with his family while in Cuba. The chef/owner was so accommodating. I can assure you that you don't have to be the President to get quality service.... More

I go there very often. I know the owner cause I met him on my very first visit and he always comes over to say hi when he is there i go. Food and service is always great and in Cuba not many places have this kind of consistency. I would definitely recommend it even if it is not on... More

Easily the best food in Havana, if not Cuba. It's easy to see why the Obama's came here. A small thin restaurant down a side alley with loads of mementos, an extensive and delicious menu and well priced. You'll need a reservation to eat there, so get one as soon as you can!

The atmosphere is amazing! It was a great experience to eat where obama did and it was the best food we had in Cuba! I recommend one of their more exotic dishes, as you will be eating enough rice and beans at other restaurants!
