Our host walked us over to this bar after we had toured the Hotel Nacional. It was quite an unexpected delight.

As far as I know, there is no cover charge at night at La Torre. I don't see how it could turn into a club at night. The dining area extends around all four sides of the restaurant and would not leave much room for entertainment. If you're looking for a night club atmosphere, I would suggest the Tropicana for dining and the show, or the Hotel National for dining and their show.
