We stayed around the corner from Dos Pelotas and ate almost all our meals here while in Havana. The food is delicious and of amazing value (with lunch/dinner specials between $1-2 CUC). Great breakfast, lunch, dinner, we ate sandwiches with ham and cheese, omelettes, and...lunch/dinner specials of chicken and pork, with rice and beans. We absolutely recommend the food, service, and value. We ate a restaurant in Havana that was $80 for 2 people and the food was not as good as a meal we could find here for between $5 to $15 for 2 people.More
Everything was really good. Special pork dish especially good. you'll spend 5$ canadian on your meal on avearage.
A great low budget option in Havana. Friendly service . Cheap and nice food right next to the malecón.Hit and miss. The beer was good.. Not easily wheelchair accesibleMore

This was close to our Airbnb so we ended up getting both dinner and breakfast here. The staff was great and super friendly but you definitely need to know a little spanish to be able to communicate with them. Breakfast was probably my favorite meal...there! I would definitely recommend this spot!More
Muchas gracias por preferir nuestro restaurante tendremos en cuenta su opinión respecto al servicio bilingüe de los trabajadores gracias
We ate there several times, and the food is very good. It is also a great place to buy water. There is a high step to get in, and the place is small. The service was excellent and it is typical Cuban fare.
Muchas gracias por preferir nuestro restaurante
Good people and good food. Cheap for turist. The food in ok for their cheap prices .the fish was well prepared and the sides 😁huge serving
Loved this little spot the people were extremely nice the food basic just like everywhere in Cuba but very fresh! Definitely hit the spot! Left a tip and the server and person behind the bar were so greatfull. Dont hesitant to talk to the people,...they were all very friendly, you really get sense of the culture with their homey food! Will be going again for sure!More
Small place with good food, big portions on entrees and low prices. Prices are in both CUC and CUP, since it's a neighborhood place, and there isn't a guarantee that everything that's on the menu is always available. Still, it's worth it.
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but it has gone down hill. My girlfriend are from the United States and were there the other night to eat. The owner, Mr. "two balls" himself was there and I introduced myself. After...we ordered food his waitresses were clearly talking bad about my girlfriend and pointing and laughing at us thinking we couldn't understand what we were saying. Very very rude! The owner saw the whole thing too and did nothing about it. We got our food to go because we were starving at the moment but we will never return. Also it's about a 30 minute wait to get any food at all. There are plenty of little restaurants like this on the area and my advice would be to stay away!More
Great food! We visited Cuba recently and wanted to find a place where we can eat local food. We did not come to Havana to eat pizza, nor indian, etc. We came to Havana to eat Cuban food! Dos Pelotas Delivered. The restaurant was full...a couple of times when we went. Believe the reviews. The food is great, service is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. I loved it! You will too! Our favorites were the Lomo with Pineapples and the Shrimp in Garlic sauce with moro rice. Yum!More
Awesome food, great prices...menu somewhat limited but the shrimp garlic and chicken pineapple kept us coming back.
My girlfriend and I had dinner at Dos Pelotas after it was recommended by our AirBnB owner. The food was good, staff very friendly, and prices exceptionally cheap. A great low budget option in Havana.
So, I went for the second time to this restaurant, food is not amazing but it’s ok, specially for the price. The first time (the day before) I had no problems, everything went ok. This time, waitress was nice, but when the bill came I...noticed there were two prices. One computer written at the top ( in cuc and pesos ) and at the bottom a hand written one. For the meal that should cost 4.38 Cuc they were now charging 4.90 Cuc. I know it’s not a lot of money but it was the lack of honesty and the fact they thought I was stupid because I’m a foreigner. I told the blond lady at the counter, that the price was not correct and they’re trying to take money for me but she proceeded to insist that everything was ok. Well, I speak Spanish I understood everything they were talking between them. So I said that I would pay 4.38 not 4.90 cuc and she told me I would have to pay 4.40 because they didn’t have small coins. Ok, I would not argue for 0.02 cuc but even this is not correct. They were not smart in trying to fool me, the day before I had left 0.50 cuc to the waitress and I would be probably back every night until the end of my stay. Never coming back!More
Local place very close to “The Malecon” great for a cheap and decent food. Clean and tidy, the afternoon staff tend to be a better crowd and in particular Luis. Visited a few times on my 10 days in Havana as was within 30 seconds...of my Casa, however worth a walk if you’re not so close. Would recommend to anyone visiting old Havana.More
