Our tour ended here and we had about 3o minutes to kill. The beach was very very small. They had beach chairs and umbrellas for rent and the drinks were reasonably priced. We found this to be one of the smallest beaches in the Caribbean.

Awful service, worse than the norm on Bonaire. Almost every where has slow service, and I can kind of understand island time. However, we were completely ignored here. Other parties who came in after us had their drink orders taken and had menus. We got...up and walked out. The waitress said sit anywhere. Another server of some sort walked by is 3 times, making eye contact as they served a table close by. We finally got her attention and she asked us if we were ready for service. This is the most odd question I’ve ever been asked after sitting down in a restaurant wanting to eat. We said yes, she said ok and then went behind the bar and started bartendjng for customers. The other actual waitress that told us to sit anywhere took two tables drink orders who walked in after us. We waited 5 minutes then left.More

Nice spot, however with Bonaire doing all it can to promote eco tourism it would be good if they used paper straws. Plastic straws could be seen on the beach area.

We visited Sorobon Beach at the recommendation of our cruise ship. Taxi was US$5 per person each way to/from the beach. We were dropped at the beach hut. Chairs on the beach are available for US$5 each. The Beach Hut has a great bar and...restaurant with a few tables and stools right in the sand. The staff is very friendly and mix a fantastic Mai Tai! The kitchen offers a significant menu of fried foods, sandwiches, and salads (More than expected from the small footprint.) Recommend the Norwegian Vlammetjes (spicy meat spring rolls). Awesome beach hangout!! We will be back.More

We stopped here while exploring Bonaire on a golf cart. Though very busy, we were easily able to find a place to park. We found ourselves a spot at the bar and enjoyed an amazing view while having a quick drink and bite to eat....The garlic shrimp with salad (special of the day) was excellent! Some of, if not, the best shrimp I've had in my life! The service was friendly, and overall I'd definitely return and recommend! :)More

If you've been coming to Bonaire a long time, you know that food prices at restaurants have skyrocketed over the past several years. I understand that it's a supply and demand thing, but some of it is ridiculous. Anyway, The Beach Hut is a great...place to stop in for lunch, enjoy the view, maybe rent a lounger ($5) or even take a sailboarding class at Lac Cai. The food is decent and the prices won't make you scream.More

The Beach Hut looks like the name suggests, an ideal beach shack of a bar restaurant. The food and service, however, are first class, and the view is spectacular. We ordered the day's special: Tuna Steak Sandwich, which was nothing short of spectacular. I had...a tall draft, and my wife tried the Bonaire Blonde, which was very good. The service was efficient and friendly, and the views of the turquoise water and puffy clouds was spectacular. Highly recommended.More

We had a great time at The Beach Hut on Sorobon beach. We ate and drank all day for a very reasonable price. The beach is OK but it is the water that absolutely makes this place. The water is the clearest and you can...walk a mile out into the bay and it is still waist deep. We spent over an hour walking all the way out to where the waves start and then back to the beach. It is surreal.More

You have lots of choices. Coco Beach Resort would probably be easiest and closest. A 5-minute taxi ride. I have seen people walk it but it would be better to taxi. Enjoy!

Its on the other side of the island, so walking would be to far. If you can go by car it would be around 10 to 12 minutes driving
