We ordered take-out, so I can't judge about the location and service itself. I can, however, give my compliments to the great food! The ribs were grilled upon arrival for extra freshness and hotness. Good idea, as food tends to get cold quickly in an AC'd car here. The fries were still crispy and the salad still fresh when we... More

My boyfriend and I visited Ribs Factory to have drinks and couldn't help but come back again later in our trip. The ribs were to die for and are a must have on the island. As for the staff, they were very friendly and honestly the most attentive we had experienced on our visit. We actually ended up staying past... More

Had dinner here one night based on a recommendation from some people we had met. They were right, the food was excellent. I had the ribs & my husband had nacho's. However, it is on an upper level & it is HOT! There is absolutely no breeze going through. The place really is pretty much a dump right from going... More

We ate at the Ribs Factory one evening, as we were starving and wanted something substantial. First off, you have to walk up to the second floor of the building to get here. Not a big deal, but something to note if you're trying to find the place or you have limited mobility. We got upstairs and stood there for... More

From the outside, this spot doesn't exactly inspire confidence. But on our visit, it was all good! Friendly staff and good food will go a long way. It's small, with 4 or 5 tables on the balcony overlooking the shoreline. When we visited, they were occupied when we arrived and the same folks were there when we left! So grab... More

We went here on a Sunday night, just because we couldn't get a table at Bobbejan's (other ribs place on the island). The ambience is nice with ocean view but feels a little dusty and outdated, in need for some maintenance. Service is slow and the cook seems to panic about the amount of orders coming in. Beer is expensive... More

Good ribs. We could make combinations if we wanted. The service was excellent. And I also liked the venue, sitting at a balcony overlooking the water. It was ribs guys, lots of them, and beer

Another visit to beautiful Bonaire and the rib factory. Again, outstanding ribs, wonderful view, great service. However, I do think they taste better after a day of diving! Still the best ribs I have ever eaten, and I have chomped down on a few, believe me!

Best ribs in town. Spicy, honey and bbq style flavor. Full ore half slab. Lovely view over the harbor. Very friendly waiter, rustic restaurant

We ordered Mixed Ribs which should have been a mix of the 3 offered sauces/marinades and a Full Slab with the Hot marinade. The Full Slab was not hot at all and the Mixed Ribs tasted all more or less the same. After asking they told us that the chef made a mistake. (Well, how hard can it be to... More
