The restaurant was next to our hotel so it caught our eye since day one. When we asked our diving instructor where to have some good (seaf)ood he recommended At Sea as the best seafood restaurant in the Carribean and with good reason! We had the chef's surprise menu along with matching wines and each bite was better than the... More

Ordered the chef's special. It was a four course meal that was prepared by the chef and changes daily based on what they have available. The portions seemed to be on the smaller side, but the food was delicious and I didn't leave hungry. I would love to go back here again. My food dishes included:

Mostly outdoor seating in a small restaurant on the waterfront. Service was very good. Seafood is the specialty but several other choices are available. This restaurant is a higher quality and sophistication than most of the other restaurants on Bonaire. Beautifully presented plates.

On my recent trip to Bonaire, we decided to go to a nice restaurant our last night in town. We'd seen At Sea had excellent reviews and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad we did. All of us chose the Chef's Menu and it was amazing. I ate things I've never eaten or liked before. I... More

Hands down, the best meal(s) in Bonaire. Great service, nice setting, and fantastic food. Very creative and extremely Euro. All good. There was absolutely nothing wrong. So good, in fact, we went back--2 meals in 3 days at At Sea. Do not even think that you will get a better meal!

After seeing Barracuda on our dives, I was determined to taste it (it was one of the specials). The fish was cooked perfectly, the sides complemented the fish and the sauces were all very light and simple to not detract from the flavor of the fish. We enjoyed our dinner out on the patio, along with a refreshing Mojito. The... More

An ABSOLUTE must to dine at place! We shared our anniversary date there, as well as, another meal shared at the bar where we met the owners and staff, great people! This is definitely our favorite place to dine when in Bonaire!
