Tasty bites to start were flavorful, ceviche and aioli combo was nice. My gluten free roll with mushroom/garlic butter was great. The boullabaisse with fish my partner had was really flavorful (not GF). We both had snapper as mains with risotto, but I asked for carrots and veggies instead of the cabbage--together they were really delicious. The French Sav Blanc... More

Excellent food and service. We chose the Chef's Surprise 5 course menu and each one was just so delish!

Probably out best meal on the island but expensive. We had the tasting (surprise) menu, but my daughter had the regular menu and both were good. I would stick to only 4 courses for the tasting menu, portions are generous.

At Sea continues to offer fine dining, even after a change of ownership last September. We started with glasses of sparkling wine: Italian rose spumante and a brut Prosecco. Both refreshing after a day of diving. We then choose the 4 course tasting menu with matched wines - they offer a 3, 4, 5 or 6 course tasting menu. All... More

It got off to a slow start. We were quickly seated without reservations (table for 4 at 7:45). We then waited quite a while for drink orders or menus. The staff realized what had happened and service was fantastic the rest of the night. We were amazed at the quality of the food. Each course is a culinary delight. Attention... More

Service and food are top notch here! Outdoor seating with ocean view. Street noise a bit loud due to Karnavel, but high end food and wine for reasonable price (compared to what you'd pay for such a place in US) Definitly on my list for special dinner on our next trip to the island

This was a very nice fine dining expereince. One of the better restaurants for dinner on Bonaire. I would recommend you have a reservation.

the dining experience is one of the best on the Island. Noy unusual to find numerous couple who have eaten there for 10 years or longer each time we visited.
