We've been coming to Bonaire for many years, and 'It Rains Fishes' is one my favorites (e.g., must visit!). Make sure you make a reservation ahead of time because it fills up fast! The food is always fresh and tastes great! This latest visit I ordered the Barracuda while my vegetarian husband ordered the "Vegetarian Chef's Surprise" or also known... More

Dropped in for dinner about 6pm. Restaurant was empty and we were asked for reservation. We didn't have one, but we were seated at a nice table with a good view very quickly. We ordered the fresh fish grilled with light butter sauce. As there seems to be no lemons on island, limes were given instead. The salads were cucumber... More

Go early- we were 1 of 2 full tables at 6pm but by 7:30pm there was a wait and all tables were utilized in this modern, alfresco dining room. Service was a little slow, similar to most restaurants on the island. Our 10 year o,d enjoyed the kids menu w/ it's free ice cream.

We were attracted to It Rains Fishes by compelling advertising in the airport upon our arrival, an attractive menu, and a nice open air setting overlooking the water. Upon our arrival, there were a few tables occupied but not wait staff to be found. So we ambled up to the bar and chatted a few minutes with the friendly bartender.... More

Nice setting right across from the beach. Bread served with garlic butter and flavorful tapenade. My Wahoo was well-prepared with perfectly cooked veggies and baked potato. Dessert "Lime Pie with Lemon Sorbet' was great combination of sweet & tart, smooth filling and rich, buttery crust.

We were during our 3days stay twice at this restaurant. We experienced on both days a sound service and really good food. The fish soup was more than excellent and the catch of the day always superb. We enjoyed especially the Mahou. Prices are a bit above average.

The food wad good, but not great. The waitress seemed anxious for her shift to end at 6pm. The price just didn't align well with the food or service.

This restaurant is on the pricey side but everything was delicious. All outdoor seating, no AC. Fish market located inside if you wish to take some home to cook yourself.

This place was great. We only went once but that is no reflection on the restaurant. my seabags fillet was delicious as were my friends scallops, clean plates all around. The menu was very diverse and there was a lot of choice too.

Thank dentonnd
