Attentive service to go with the wonderful food and atmosphere of the restaurant. The Red Snapper was perfect. We would recommend Brown Sugar to anyone.

We went here on a Saturday night. We booked but there were tables free. Great food with a wide selection of Caribbean food. We'd definitely go again

Just off the beach and behind the radisson this buffet style, indoor/outdoor garden like decor was cool in the midday sun. There was a good selection of food. Which was ok- no where near as nice as the food in our hotel. The staff were...More

I'd like to preface this by saying when we asked for recommendations for dinner for local cuisine, several people recommended Brown Sugar. They also have rave reviews online so, fairly or unfairly, our expectations were high. This wasn't a bad dinner, it was just okay....More

Decent Bajan food all locals inside from the Prime Ministers office across the street. Buffet lunch style great to walk to after visiting the George Washington Museum and Tunnels.

Brown Sugar serves authentic, well prepared Barbados food. The restaurant is very clean and the service attentive. The prices are reasonable for the area. It is very near the Radisson Aquatica and a short walk from the Hilton. Outstanding desserts!

We dined at Brown Sugar on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not very crowded at that time. It seems many customers prefer to come at lunchtime. The restaurant is the back of an old house set among lush, tropical vegetation and chirping tree frogs....More

If you can tell a good restaurant by it's clientele, then this is good. We stopped by our first day on the island, Sunday, and found it to be packed with the locals. Dressed in shorts, we felt under dressed since everyone had just come...More

If I remember correctly it was somewhere between 18 to 25 dollars per person. A little pricey by American standards but it is island prices. I thought it was well worth it.
