Great service, average food

We stayed in the hotel and had breakfast here for the last 2 days. They have a wide selection of food, similar to all 4-5 star hotel. Fabulous service but the food was just average. Cooked to order eggs were usually less than perfect (busted yokes). Bermudian breakfast is not my cup of tea...that is okay. No complaints...this is Bermuda. Enjoy!

Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff, can't beat the scenery

We went daily for the included continental breakfast. Wide range of food and all declious. You could upgrade where you would be able to have omlettes, etc but it fit our needs just right. Highly recommended. Servers and waiters always had a smile.

Impressive Breakfast Buffet

If you are into breakfast buffets, this is a good one. A kinds of choices of just about any breakfast item you can think of from omelets to waffles. Lots of fruit, cheese, pastries etc. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs benny's. Also some Bermudian choices.

Try the Sunday Brunch - Make Sure You’re Hungry

The Windows dining area is absolutely gorgeous. The Sunday brunch has a lot to offer so make sure you go with an empty stomach. The omelette was my favourite.

Service great but wide selection of average tasting food

Read such great comments we had to come. From the minute you arrive until you leave you get great service from the waiters and at Chef stations. The juice and coffee are refilled before you even ask and the staff are very happy and attentive. An unbelieveable view says it all. But then there is the wide selection of food. Just average in terms of taste. Brisquet dry and tasteless. The local fishcakes i kept hearing about were like mashed potatoes. Sushi okay but nothing special. Macaroni....really is that mac and cheese?...not so good. Salads and dressings okay. Do you see what I mean? The beef pattie tasty but pastry too thick and tasteless. The shrimps, however, were fresh and tasty with a good sauce. Pumpkin soup average.but not hot ..neither were the fishcakes...nothing special unfortunately. Even the rice and beans that locals say is Bermudian was tasteless. Dessert bread pudding and sauce were good and the coffee bonbons the only real highlight that was worth coming for. Maybe the new owners will find out and do something. But overall not impressed. I was hoping they would be in the top 4 Sunday brunch places I have tried during my visit but this sadly was not to be. Average food. Outstanding service.

You won't find a Breakfast Buffet this grand and abundant across the island......

When you are traveling you need a quick, dependable and reasonable Breakfast. For many years Windows on the Sound has been known for their very best Breakfasts and that legacy continues. You have to realize that everything is flown in to the Island so foods will cost more. The cost of breakfast in Bermuda may be higher than home but you can be guaranteed that the selection here is the very best.... no compromises. If you are lucky you will be greeted by Marilyn or Sinclair at the front and served my Samantha in the Dining Room. Great Food wonderful staff and the very best Omelette chef !

Fantastic Breakfast Buffet

We stayed 2 nights at the Fairmont and had the privilege to start each day with the amazing breakfast that is offered right in our hotel. We highly recommend the full breakfast option. There is a marvelous assortment of hot and cold options. They offer cooked meats, eggs, waffles, baked goods, oatmeal and cereals, yogurt, croissants, breads and muffins, and many drink options from the standard tea and coffee to exotic juices. Every table has a lovely view of the immaculate grounds or the well appointed hotel surroundings. And the serving staff is very attentive but not intrusive. 5 stars all around!

Fabulous Windows Restaurant!

We purchased the causal meal plan, so we ate breakfast and dinner at comfortable family restaurants with abundant food in Windows Restaurant that was excellent! There were 6 adults and 5 children, but the restaurants were well prepared for large families, even without reservations. Jojo is very polite, attention to detail and very professional. Other staff can learn from Jojo. It was a fabulous vacation and although it is expensive, we felt it was worth it.

Nice breakfast

Located in the Fairmont hotel. We ate breakfast here each morning. They offer a nice full service buffet. There is an omelette station as well as plenty of fruit, pastry, meats, cheeses, waffles, and other breakfast stuff. The window tables offer some nice views out to the water.

Outstanding Brruuuuuunch!!!!

Good day to you all, Being on a list for so long and finally we did it. Had a breakfast brunch this morning and what all heard of it was absolutely a 5 stars on expectations. The setup was perfect with all the necessary inclusions starting from fruits to freshly prepared morning bakeries to live egg station to hot buffet menu. The food was scrumptious and the service was a top notch. I like to mention our curator,"Jojo.E" was immaculate and service oriented. Looked passionate about the work he is in. The ambience was exactly as been anticipated by Fairmont Hotel's around the globe under Accor's umbrella. I appreciate the fnb service levels they are upto and it does reflect in warmth and hospitable which seems to be for in this service industry. The view from the seating is just mesmerizing, alott like picturesque and an art. I do recommend this place for family time brunches and get together. High five to the chef and service team for such a memorable meal. Thank you.

Great Start to the Day

We recently stayed for 10 days at the Fairmont Southampton and ate breakfast at Windows every day. We were made to feel like family. Jojo, Brando, Antonio and Samantha greeted us warmly every day and always had a joke and a cheerful smile for us. The buffet has everything you could want and Rosalyn made custom omelettes and eggs which were wonderful. The views from the restaurant are very interesting. It was a great start to every day!

Amazing Breakfast Buffet

Excellent breakfast buffet with many items. The buffet was kid-friendly and had an assortment of continental breakfast items, cereals, bacon, eggs benedict, etc. Pancakes, eggs cooked to order, eggs benedict and Belgian waffles were included in the upgraded or full breakfast buffet. There are a few GF items and dedicated toaster. They offered an interesting daily juice. I tried a few variations and they were all good. Try to get a table against the window. The view is spectacular. The waitstaff is top-notch and can anticipate your every need. They pull out your chair and fold your napkin every time you get up. Just wonderful overall. A bit pricey, but worth it. The food and it will hold you over if you have some eggs. I'm missing that buffet right now...
