I owe you a review, as thats how I found you! This was the best fish sandwich I have ever had! I have been trying to recreate it back in the states but of course its never quite as good! Can't wait to return for...More
Restaurants can be found throughout Bermuda and mimic those we all know around the world. The Bermuda eatery has the atmosphere that speaks of local human warmth we call 'friendliness'. Get fish so plentiful and well prepared that the average American who is only used...More
This is a simple little place (just counter service - no tables, no chairs) with an amazing sandwich, hot fried fish on raisin bread. There are a few other items on the menu board on the wall but this is the one and only thing...More
Saw the reviews and had to try it out. My husband and I walked up from Front street which was an adventure in itself. Although only a kilometre the island of Bermuda is not made for walking but the streets weren’t busy so it was...More
If you have the time for greatness, "hie thee hence" to Spicy Dicy. Better take a cab since it just about nowhere, near Hamilton. The place is not physically impressive. Nor is there any place to eat. So take your sandwich

We took the ferry to Hamilton and had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Art Mel’s on our flight to Bermuda...which peaked our interest especially after reading reviews. We walked quite a long way to the little shop and the whole way- we hoped...More

No it's quite far into the back of town. There is no sitting area. This is basically a take out restaurant. My suggestion in order to get a feel for how some of the locals live, (Bermuda is not all mansions and pools), I would take a taxi there. The taxi drivers all know where it is. I would call my order ahead, take a taxi, pick it up and bring it back to a park in town to enjoy it. I always pick it up for my husband's office and I take it back to their office where we all eat it. But it is worth it!
