Four of us went for dinner which was very good. The services excellent; our meals were delicious. However, it is definitely Spanish so prepare for that type of menu and food . It is a little pricey, but it was worth the experience.

We had a fantastic meal at Bolero over the weekend. They have an extensive vegetarian menu, which was great for my wife. The service was also terrific. My one piece of constructive feedback would be that it would be nice if they had one of...Bermuda's local craft beers on the menu, but I was perfectly fine with my cocktails.More

Our first night in Bermuda, and thanks to Tripadvisor, I chose this great tapas restaurant !! Service was great, and the tapas even better !!! We had gambas, escargot, and octopus. One was better than the other !!! Also had the squid ink rice with...squid ....... delicious !!! Lamb entree was great too. Wish we had room for the waffle cone ice cream !! Everyone was ordering it !! FUN FOOD !!!!!!! Hidden gem down the alley off front street with a center view of the cruise ship !More

This restaurant used to be a favourite of mine many years ago since which the menu has changed and I'm sure the staff and chef as well, however, I found a dish on the menu that was so good I wish I wasn't sharing it....It was the chicken with mushrooms, absolutely delicious. If you're a lover of chicken, you will love this dish. If you like seafood and tapas there are many selections for you.More

What can you say about a Spanish restaurant run on the front-end by a personable fellow from Romania and a chef from England? Can they nail Spanish (Barcelona) tapas? Remarkably, they do. I learned a number of years ago that you don't have to be...from a country to present and interpret the food of that country - for those who have ever been to 22 Ships and Ham & Sherry in Hong Kong know what I mean (Chef Nate Green was from England and worked for Jason Atherton). We weren't sure how we were going to like this place when we first sat down - the wine glasses were a little cloudy from the dishwasher and the first glass of red wine that i had was a little on the warm side. But new glasses fixed the former and my next glass of wine was fine - so we were off to the races. We went Tapas - we started with olives and pan con tomate. Moved to Bouquerones and fried squid. Had the Jamon Iberico and Chorizo croquettes. And the patatas bravas. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly, Good attention to the mix of flavor and texture. The Churros for dessert were excellent as was the Basque cheesecake. We asked the fellow running the front-end for a wine-pairing suggestion with dessert and he gave us an Argentinian after-dinner wine made from Sauvignon Blanc that was excellent and paired perfectly with our food. The quality of the food is excellent. The dishes were super. We loved each of them. The service was quick and attentive. It would be a mistake to visit Hamilton and not have this restaurant on your "to do" list.More

Entered via a small lane off Front Street. The quality of food was good - no complaints. There was little or no atmosphere and the restaurant could do with a makeover. I wouldn't deter anyone from eating here but there are better restaurants in Bermuda

Bolero Brasserie is a find. Literally. Find the small alley way, the door, and then take the stairs upstairs to a menu filled with fantastic range of tapas and wine list. A very welcome and unexpected find! Save room for dessert. Homemade honeycomb ice cream....Delicious. [If you're a solo traveller, know you will not be hidden in a corner table looking at the kitchen, and you will not be forgotten ... unless that's what you want!]More

We recently had dinner at Bolero while on a short cruise to Bermuda. It was an easy ferry ride from the cruise pier to Hamilton and a short walk to the restaurant. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The menu is an...array of tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed pan con tomate topped with Jamon Iberico, squid in a garlic sauce, mussels and clams in white wine and garlic, prawns in a spicy garlic oil, artichokes topped with manchego and a wonderful cheese course for dessert. From the moment we walked into the restaurant and were pleasantly greeted by Jay, the GM, all throughout dinner we enjoyed excellent service from Jay. In this time of building back from lockdowns it was a joy to have such a perfect night out with excellent service and delicious food!More

Delicious tapas experience on Bolero’s balcony overlooking the harbor. The restaurant is very Covid-conscious, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our selections, especially the fried artichokes and spicy shrimp. Service was great, and we loved talking with Jay. One of our two favorite meals in...Bermuda!More

I was so hopeful for a great experience at Bolero. Based on previous reviews it sounded like a great tapas restaurant. Unfortunately it fell very short of these expectations. The first issue was that the dining room had to be at least 78 degrees Fahrenheit....For an indoor dining room that is too warm and just bad business sense. The food itself was good but not outstanding. Ultimately it was the service that was sorely lacking. As with any tapas restaurant we ordered a number of dishes to start. Typically these would come out in a staggered pace so you could enjoy one or two at a time. However, our server brought every dish at exactly the same time. I could probably overlook that but she then disappeared and never returned to our table for over 40 minutes. Not to see how the food was, not for water, nothing. In fact, the only one who came to our table was the hostess after that 40 minutes to ask if we wanted anything else. By that time we were so disappointed we were just ready for the check. That was the first time that our server came back since the food was served. I’m typically very easy going with my outlook on service as anyone can have a bad night but this seemed to be a systemic problem that would not be any better on another night. I noticed that 2 other tables in the same vicinity were having the same experience and just wanted to get their check and leave. Just not sure where all of the good reviews came from?More

This meal was a highlight to my Bermuda Vacation. I shared a number of small tapas including the sizzling squid, chicken, charred broccoli, spicy potatoes and pan. Each was delicious. The service was wonderful. However the dessert made the meal. I choose the Alex and...Pete ice cream honeycomb with crunchie bits. The crunchie is on of my favorite candies. My one recommendation is that you do not share this dessert. It comes two scoops in a cone. Each family member needs one! I also forgot to take a picture of the cone it was so great. Great wine and a lovely outdoor balcony if you want to sit outside like us!More
